I always file counter claims when this happens to me, since my DOX was already dropped by trolls anyway. No loss for me. If you're worried about your anonymity u suggest using a different address, name, exc then your own when you counter claim. Odds are someone who false DMCAd you wouldn't have the balls to take you to court anyway. And who is to say they supplied their real information? :)

I have just watched this video through twice and the 'nastiest' thing he says is that shaun is a liar, which isnt nasty at all, it is actually fact, shaun posted a video admitting he has lied in the whole TF dmca debacle. YouTube/Google has more to worry about from big media companies suing them than from a few videos incorrectly suspended due to fake notices.
If YT/G didn't have the takedown system in place it would probably leave them open to legal action from actual copyright holders.
Still, there should be some form of verification in place; perhaps give special accounts to legitimate copyright holders so that random trolls cannot submit false notices.
Hopefully the mess is sorted out soon, dprjones.
