the sand tires dont help... get the gladiator pro line tires and the velineon motor..... its not the tires... the trucks to heavy for that engine to push through snow.. like you want it too..
@BASSANDCARGUY219 Most likely because of programming. There are three options for programming and one of them doesn't have reverse. I showed that to that guy that I got mine from LOL hahaha
I have some a scale buggie wheels on the back and stocks in the front and u get plenty of traction in the snow, I would highly recommend getting those and possibly a 7 cell battery or possibly even a lipo battery

4x4 would be better in snow, but a RWD might be funnier to do drifting and donunts with.
Jimpank90 3 months ago
@Jimpank90 My son had a 4WD slash.....personally i find it more fun to drive 2wd
regardz01 3 months ago
@regardz01 agreed. i dis like my 4wd slash it just gets the electronics muddy and if i go fast enough i can go anywhere a 4wd slash can with a 2wd
MrJdsusername 2 months ago

cool vid is that brushless or brushed
TheVideoMan1010 10 months ago
@TheVideoMan1010 : This is the standard 2WD stock version. I have also a 2WD with brushless (EZrun 5.5t)
Check out my unboxing video on the EZrun 5.5t. It runs very fast in the Slash 2WD with the stock gear ration and a 5000Mha LiPo.

Xeverything1 11 months ago
@Xeverything1 ; I think i needed spikes (tires). It was real hard ice. So......with the standard tires
regardless weight it would not move....

you need some paddles so you get traction
MrFatducks 1 year ago
@MrFatducks
yesy you're right. The car is to light to get traction from the it's weight.
i will leave him stock to be able to drive some stock races.
