Hello Dr Erika. I have a 3 centimeter goiter and my tsh has for the past 3 years come back as normal and the goiter itself is benign and is categorized as "cold" nodule. The strange thing is that I've been noticing I am losing weight at a rate of 1 lb every 2 weeks without exercise!
I would like to know if this can be shrinked using your methods? I live in NYC as well. Thank you for your time in reading this. Mike.

Hi, I am looking for ANYONE who has successfully reduced, minimized, or gotten rid of all together a goiter/nogel on their thyroid?? there is a LOT of information on hypo and hyper thryroidisim but NOTHING on shrinking goiters/nogels.... i have had mine a little over 4 years (5cm) and if it didnt choke me in my sleep i wouldnt even be all that concerned...its not cancer...."non-malignant thyroid nogel" per dr. cut-it-out.
