i made on last night for a prototype for a school project and i used butane and it didnt work, then i used hairspray and it didnt work so i let it sit for 2 hours came back to mess with it and it fired! i cant get it to do it agian though :/

@Elmexican1330773 Shouldn't be very hard. there's a plastic piece at the bottom of the long metal piece that the flame comes out of. if you remove that the this should just start to fall apart on it's own. a little breaking might be involved though.

what did i do wrong? i builded it up with a Pepsi bottle (50cl) and a pencil tube, and made the spark but the pepsi bottle just blowed :)

@Dequalityy the pepsi bottle it probably to large, so your going to either need to add more fuel (and find the proper air to fuel ratio) or find a smaller canister. like i said, an average sized pill bottle works great!

where u have attatched the wires to the little egniter...where abouts did u attatch the wires to, was it the excess wire iff the sparker

@amazedscopes The igniter has the two wires already coming off of it when you take it out of the lighter if you do it right. and when you attach them to the tacks there should be some already exposed wire to just wrap around them.
