Easiest way I've done for this part:

1) Hijack a helicopter via whipfist before starting the mission

2) Start mission with helicopter nearby (I put mine on the roof where you are told to destroy the toxin emitters)

3) Kill from a distance

4) ???

5) Profit.

1, you should go get a tank with your blackwatch form. And then shoot them!

2, if your tank is destroyed, run away from the smokes and soldiers.

3, come back again with a tank.

4, repeat 1, 2 and 3!

If you want to be indestructible you must use the shield and the armour, nobody can kill you, the bad part of this is that you cant do a lot of damage, but well...

An even easier way is to keep your distance from it and hit it with charged Y button attacks with the Whipfist. Only problem is that, as far as I know, only works on every one except for the one on top of the skyscraper.

I agree . The whipfist is the most undermined weapon in the game . I use it for all the missions like this , and most of the bosses as well !
