Not trying to be a dick or anything (and I didn't watch the whole video), but wouldn't that be an '07 1000? I just picked up my '08 1000 and as far as I can tell the "R" on the fairing badge is silver and embossed (raised) from the rest of the emblem (like the "S" on the tank). Just noticing.
They are identical, only very minor diferences. the exhaust is 2 cm shorter, some different stickers and a white version (which is the one i have) but engine and handling is exactly the same
it's an 07, 08 has blue wheels, grey upper fairing,different decals and is better looking, i know cause i got one and i love it.
