hes already been a champion. held the IBF 147lb title for a while, defended it in this fight acctually. had like 3-4 defenses i think before losing it to margarito.

he has the talent and skills to be champion again at 154, but i just dont see it in him mentally. quitting against margarito in their first fight, going years waiting for a rematch only to get destroyed again has seemed to mess up his psyche.

and he was already mentally fragile to begin with, sure can punch though.

yes he only has two losses but they were damaging to his career, in the first one he was challenging for his first title and broke down in tears in the ring, having his corner throw in the towel.

he later won a title at 147lbs and defended it a couple of times, then got knocked out again by the same man who beat him the first time.

now he moved up to 154 and piled up some good wins. we'll see where he goes from here

Kermit "the Killer" Cintron (the guy n yellow) was an up an coming welterweight contender a few years ago. He was badass... But then he fought, and was knocked out by Antonio Margarito, twice. Margarito was later caught using plaster (like 4 casting) in his hand wraps, and so likely did when fighting Kermit. Changed his life. Kermit still fights on a world stage but the perception is hes just waiting 2 get beat by someone still at their best.
