Awesome idea about the Glint Hawk. I didn't think of that. I could put out Shriekhorn, use up the counters. Then Glint Hawk, return Shriekhorn to hand, then re-cast Shriekhorn with brand new 3 counters on it. Excellent!

Powder Ker is a may ability, so you could always control how many counters you want. Ratchet bomb isn't going to go off theturn you put that counter on it unless you use something like Voltaic Key you untap it.
Thanks for the new updates on the sets, although I'm a tiny bit worried about hearing the "good in EDH" clause being dropped way too often. It seems like every card that is not going to be a standard powerhouse has that clause on it now...

It's going to be possible to play Kozilek for 0 mana in standard... 4 Semblance Anvil with Eldrazi or Creature's, and Eye of Ugin. 12/12 Nil 4 and 4 new cards for 0 seems worth the investment. (In crazy happy magic land that is)

You never shared your thoughts on the Scars of Mirrodin lands. I affectionately named them the Criss Angel lands (Mindfreak!) since they're so easily misunderstood. I shared my own thoughts in my own video called 'Are the Scars of Mirrodin lands playable"? in legacy. I would like to think they could be. And might serve as a budget option for rotating players. Currently they presell for less than $5. Some write-ups on the net have frequently misrepresented them.
