Congrats on your weight loss!! I am on day 10 or the vlcd and have loss 14.8 pounds!! I have found also, that once you eat ANYTHING that is not in the food group the weight loss fluctuates. To date I have had some sort of weight loss everyday of the diet.!!
I thought about that when I said it. I hate it when people on the forum write everything they have loaded with and ask " do you think it's enough". I want to say " I don't want to hear bought all the food I can't have" :)

Great loss good to hear it. I made sure I stuck to protocol on P2 I was to scared not to. I want to and need to loss the weight. No playing around.
