@AlexBeckproductions independent production company... Odds are, they got it commissioned by a gunsmith that can fire blank rounds. Because you used "A Prop that Shoots", I assume you don't know what a blank gun is. Real shell, no bullet. Also, the Ranger Sequoia is based off the Magnum Research BFR, so they could've just bought that and had someone customize it.
