@jeppejdo not my friend I'm not stupid no offense, never saidthat kirk is a bad guitarist, is one of my favorites I've seen him playing live from the master of puppets tour but if you hear the first recording of metallica with dave on guitar you will notice that the solos are almost identical kirk only added a few things and that's the truth that he said in his own words not be offended if someone speaks bad of him because he is very great but there are much better

I'll settle the score. 'The Mechanics', was the original, it was the same tempo as 'The Four Horsemen' but has The lyrics of 'Mechanix'. The Metallica song was officially called 'The Mechanics' by the band but Lars wrote 'Mechanix' on labels and setlists for the sake of speed. When Mustaine left, he dropped the 'The' and changed 'Mechanics' to 'Mechanix', then he increased the tempo. Metallica renamed the song and changed the lyrics, keeping the original tempo and adding a middle section.

@AirgunAddict256 metallica changed the song to four horsemen after dave left,leaving dave w/ mechanix(which is the original)...that freaked me out a while back too.lol
