...i have been wanting to get this but they cost between $120us-$200us. you know if they plan on re-releasing this anytime soon?...the Republic Attack Shuttle is also a kool ship i plan on getting when they go on sale...
wow if your table could talk hu? This is next on my list have the so called Fao Swatrz limted edition ya right , see them everywhere really want that one for the elctronics Question though hows the plastic compaired to the newer versions is the plastic heavier? such as a vintage y-wing vs the crap super cheep newer ones? Great videos man
i remember when i was a 10yr old kid in 84 and my mate got this for xmas! i shot down to his house on my 1984 raleigh aero pro bmx which was top notch at the time!! in all the excitment in looking at the shuttle i left my pro outside and guess what?? it got stolen!! i was never the same after that faithful day, no shuttle and now no bmx bad day in 1984 lol :-( but good news i own the two of them now at the age of 37, its only money, love the shuttle one of the best toys of the 80s!!! :-)
The Imperial Shuttle is one of the best ships that Kenner made. As I've indicated, this shuttle, the Rebel Transport, and the radio controlled sandcrawler all have the cockpit connecting to the hold. I wonder how many children back in 1984 actually bought this shuttle, because of the expense, size, and lack of interest at the time.
@clone544 The first one is the 1980 vintage one, the second one is the 1996 re-release with darker paint. The third one is the new 2009 walmart exclusive. That one is amazing.
I have this vintage shuttle myself, in brilliant condition and it's one of my favourite vehicles of the vintage line along with the AT-AT. I would love if Hasbro remade the shuttle, only in a bigger size, but I don't think it's ever going to happen. Great review as well.
The newer ones are basically the same vehicle, but with a different paintscheme (repacks- they also are more gray). The battery compartment it's the same, but there are no electronics on the newer ones. Great Review as always, still looking to pick that one!
