To me it didn't appear to have a magazine in it. That would almost render it to an ineffective hammer. Racists know that their hatred isn't popular, so if you were really against gun control, you would be pretending to support it instead in order to associate it with racism.
I think it's quite telling that the first gun ban in the US was to prevent black people from owning them.

This may just be me, a Texan, but what was he doing wrong and why did he need to be removed? You go anywhere, including schools and government buildings, in Texas and you can see a gun rack in somebody's truck and we aren't worried about people getting shot. I guess Texans aren't frightened by guns because they are educated about them and why we have them.
