LMAO,, I would of course be interested in reading, like the daily stuff from friends, but no way can i spend that much time catalogging and catching up. Its taken me this long to catch up with you. Plus i like the old style, "email" from a friend! or a postcard, or something hand drawn!! :D Love yall

Twittering is down to the individual, if you can't see a point in it, there's no point doing it! I must say I do still like the instant news feeds because I'm trying to keep up with current issues in education. The rest of it I'm still trying to find my place with!

Finding a balance is key! It's beautiful to just 'be' sometimes, and sometimes it actually heightens that beauty to share it or record it. The recording never comes close to the experience, but it can certainly spark the memories of good times at a later date!

I was discussing what should be tweeted, with some fellow Tweeters last night. I think we all agreed that the banal is boring. Although i think we all lapse into that a bit at times.

I totally agree with you about getting outside & enjoying yourself. Especially if you have an iPhone to help you keep in touch ;)

You're one of those who manages to get out and about AND connected on the web. I can always see from your beach vlogs that you enjoy the being outside, and you take maybe 10 minutes out of a much longer experience to share your thoughts.

Sharing good times and thoughts definitely has it's place, and twitter can be a good way to connect. Just got to find a balance that works so we don't forget to enjoy other things!

If it wasn't for youtube I wouldn't have found the person I love, so I really can't go putting down all internet networking lol!

oh and I only found this out recently but on twitter just beneath the 'Home' option you will see a '@samsarajade' option which will list every response to one of your twitter updates (I refuse to call them tweets!)

There are a couple of people I wont name that appear to me to have some kind of 'who can do the most exercise and make me feel like a total lazy ass' competition going on over twitter. I don't want to believe that people really DO come home from a days work and casually announce they're going for a 30 mile bike ride or 15 mile run and then actually DO IT! Damn them for making me feel lazy lol!

Nothing wrong with using twitter as a network for motivation and encouragement though.

LOL Steve, I didn't mean you because unfortunately I always miss your 'tweets' since they come at 6 am my time, although I must admit taking a pop at your 10k run would have been fun ;) But I cannot do that as I too was in the corporate world and ran my own 10k! It's uber cool that you did that.

But I've seen some tweets and I'm just a lazy sod so hearing all these 'pumped up' stories has the opposite effect on me and makes me want to smoke more :)

It's great your living and enjoying it. Way better than vlogging every day with a status report. When my ex gf was here then we were also enjoying the holidays instead of creating vlogs or watching videos ... weather was too nice to stay at the computer to do what we usually do when we were apart.

I actually regret now not doing more of the things John and I usually do together when I was over there, but so little time and so much to do. There was no way we could do everything on the one trip, and as I'd never been to America before and I WAS in a tropical paradise it would have been a sin not to take advantage of that!

Great video i agree some ppl really go nuts with twitter i am one sometimes but most of the time i only update while im on YT i am one of the few ppl i know of these days that doesn't have a cell phone though if i had one though i probley wouldn't tweet from it unless something really wild was happening.Great message to this too everybody needs to get out and enjoy life more.
