@McSleepy670 It's quite simple. You first do a double lift, let's say you have a 9 on top but you're showing a 4, put the two cards back on top. Slide the real top card, the 9, into the middle so the 4 is now on top. Then just do the move. Hope this helps, thanks for question!

@cardtrickz100 Does it really? I'll help you! Just grab the cards with the same grip as you are doing a one handed fan. With the only exception the middle finger is the only finger at the side. By doing this, its the easiest way of shooting cards around. It won't hurt, and the spinning- and the card speed is awesome. A little notification; have you ever seen jeff mcbride throwing cards into a public (it as a live show)? Thats exactly how he does it and I have just explained. Good luck with it!
