The Meier people said the beamship fried the tree & the Pleiadians sent it back in time. They verified this with family picnic photos--no tree.

Why should I believe Meier's story? If he couldn't have taken the picture, like you say (though his ex claims he did), then why not think he probably lied about that, too. He had a phony pic that was taken by someone else, which he claimed was the real deal that he also took himself. Why should I swallow the Men in Black story? Laughable, to me.

He shows it's a lie with a photo of a man standing by a large tree, taken from "UFO...Contact from the Pleiades, vol 1..."(1979). Well, it is undeniable that Kal Korn travelled to Switzerland in the early 1990's and went to the site where there is no such tree. He even has the Wiss family's testimony that the tree never was there, ever.
(Korff; not Korn.) So he is not a lazy skeptic. His book, "Spaceships of The Pleiades (1995), certainly has another story regarding that tree issue. It is said that some of Meier's photos and films are irreproducible. If so, then this does not rule out the possibility that he could be nothing more than just a good hoaxer; not unlike the talented magician who can do illusions that no one else can duplicate, but, of course, we know they are still just illusions. So irreproducibility does not automatically mean something is authentic. And quite a bit of Meier's stuff is easily reproducible, as I have seen.

People can consider this as a new philosphy or not. I think it's worth reading it. Don't have to buy the books if you find Meier suspicious. There is plenty of information on the internet. In the end it doesn't matter if the philosphy is good or not. Maybe a few points of his philosophy will interest you and actually helps you. You be the judge of that.

The photos taken by Meier back in the 70's, which he presented to the public, can really only be taken as an attempt to prove contact with the Pleiadians. (1) from i remember there were technical problems of taking pictures in the beamships - perhaps more so than the mothership - also billy was only allowed to take pictures of humanoids outside of this universe - (ie those ones from DAL) - there is a distinct and interesting reason for that.

I'm sorry this doesn't answer it ..am I to believe that there was no OFF switch on a beam ship so that its not powered so then no fields or energy if there was no OFF switch which I'm open to the idea ...billy COULD have filmed the beamship from say 50 feet 70 feet 100 feet away as per the other 'proof' film shows it 'flying'and the the aliens could open the door of the ship and billy could film them coming out that would be real proof and better proof surely and the camera would work normally..

also u must realise that the ETs have a specific strategy of holding back on the absolute proof - it's necessary to grapple with this element - though of course skeptics are going to find a problem with this - nevertheless - obviously they could prove everything 100% true in basically about 5 minutes! but they are not doing this for a certain reason. Its not possible to alter if you or I had to change a page or two of text then It might take a while but its claimed billy could type fast so its no stretch of the imagination to think he or an other changed it to suit personally I don't think its billy 'spinning it' its someone else again to sell books and dvds..and of the content of notes he had he was ment to have sent out letters to world leaders where are these letters?..so again we're left to 'accept' that its the truth which isn't proof.

for billy the contacts actually a very normal everyday thing - even banal one might say in that sense of it being part of every-day life - there is always the element of error in everyday life - nobody is perfect, but also - very often the contacts placed a HUGE strain on billy - an enormous burdensome task - people should be more aware of that.

Not nonsense. Your mere statement is not an argument, my friend. First of all, Bertrand Russell won the Nobel Prize (1950). Meier never will, although he, as Mr. BEAM, certainly is power hungry enough to want it. And Russell's contribution to mathematics and philosophy goes way beyond what Meier has done and can possibly ever do. Meier's alleged minute details have been looked at and are suspect. To believe him, you must rule out trickery.

Actually overpopulation, though a problem with inevitable great suffering, is not insoluble. I believe in time, our species, quite possibly, will move out to other celestial bodies in outer space. If so, then the problem of overpopulation will lessen its grip. But we must control our numbers as best we can and march forward with science, technology and better morals, if we are ever to make it. But I think it can be done.

Korff's take on Meier's photo of Semjase (her own photo turned out to be a Sears catalog model) flying her beamship around a tree is interesting. When Korff went to the site, there was no tree. The Meier people said the beamship fried the tree & the Pleiadians sent it back in time. Korff met the long time owners of the property, the Wiss family (this, he said, can be verified by anyone--even you), who said there never was a tree there, ever. They verified this with family picnic photos--no tree.

I would urge to delve deeper into the matter - it might sound crazy to you now - but if one is to comprehensivley and logically break this issue down to its absolute minute parts - Logic dictates that the only rational explanation for this problem issue is that there was some photo manipulation/trickery/duplicity going on at some point in order to arrive at the photo that ended up in meier's collection.

View "Micheal Shermer's Mini-hoax" on youtube. It shows that even kids can fake UFO photos, which can fool even the scientist in the lab. Another man to look at is Anthony Wharton, who has been reproducing Meier photos. Interesting. Actually, I have found the image on "The Shroud of Turin" much more impressive than anything by Meier; same for the Patterson bigfoot film. Both are pretty well "irreproducible," but are NOT therefore incontrovertible proof for the existence of Christ and bigfoot.

No matter how thin you slice it, there are two sides. Korff did come up with damaging evidence of a fraudulent photo that sent Meier reeling into turmoil--so much so that he even mentions Korff in his written conversation with Ptaah--before coming up with a new story. And Wharton does have some fakes that look just as good as Meier's. The more distance, the better. Ha, I mean Meier's close up Wedding Cake photo makes me laugh every time I see it. The guy actually expects us to buy into it.

Now, at exactly 5:01 in the video--tinyurl(dot)com/9e8gk5--the ship stops and hangs above the tree exactly when there is a blatant cut in the film. Looks suspicious and pretty bad. As well, at exactly 9:14 in this video, a swaying windblown branch in the foreground suddenly stops and stays stopped at the exact same time the ship disappears. Not right. Ok, no big deal. I think you mean at the beginning when it moves to the right from a complete stop--3:00. It would be nice if you, yourself, would be more specific. I see this little hanging at other times. Things that swing tend to hang a bit at the end of the arc. To make it last longer, a string would do the trick.
The cuts issue is important because it COULD be foul play. And I did tell you that it was the overall visual of the string effect that really got me and my brother laughing.

He shows it's a lie with a photo of a man standing by a large tree, taken from "UFO...Contact from the Pleiades, vol 1..."(1979). And don't be so quick to disregard it; afterall, Korff (yes, not a perfect man) did expose the Asket/ Nera fake photos from the Dean Martin show, which put Meier in a tailspin. But in my mind, even if the tree really is there, this still doesn't rule out Meier making a hoax. (Helium balloons?)

It is said that some of Meier's photos and films are irreproducible. If so, then this does not rule out the possibility that he could be nothing more than just a good hoaxer; not unlike the talented magician who can do illusions that no one else can duplicate, but, of course, we know they are still just illusions. So irreproducibility does not automatically mean something is authentic. And quite a bit of Meier's stuff is easily reproducible, as I have seen.

Fair enough, I don't believe he is in contact either. I would have to see it for myself. Fortunately, Meier doesn't want anyone to believe that he is in contact, although he has many converstions with the "pleiadians".

Hold it now. You say Meier doesn't want anyone to believe that he is in contact, but how do you explain Meier's flying saucer pictures & videos that he has submitted to the public? Come on, he's trying to prove they are for real. What else could it be? He even submitted some kind of metal for analysis-- yet no nobel prize. And I think he's even offered pictures of mars from one of his flying saucer rides...& even a picture of a female pleiadian (looks like a barbie doll--totally unconvincing).

The last photos were taken like 1975 or so...no more photos of their ships was he "allowed" to take afterwards.
Well then he made a mistake to give the sample of metal to no-name researchers who made just a simple analysis almost unknown to people...

The photos taken by Meier back in the 70's, which he presented to the public, can really only be taken as an attempt to prove contact with the Pleiadians. You said some time ago that Meier doesn't want us to believe he is in actual contact with the Pleiadians, but I just can't see how that is possible when his actions have been quite to the contrary.

The man, Meier, doesn't preach special powers, he just mentions them. He says those powers are not special nor supernatural, and everyone can develop them. He doesn't preach male polygamy, he only says there is nothing wrong if the male and the other wifes are in accord with this idea, because of a natural law. His "followers" are the members of FIGU, "Free Community of Interests for the Fringe and Spiritual Sciences and Ufological Studies". The members partake in the study of the material only.
