hi,im 25 and 4 years ago i had surgery near my ankle and my doctor at first used external fixature for 3 month and after that he said u need another surgery so he used peace of metal in my shin now i have a lot of problem with my ankle.some doctors said to me replacement dosen't work good and u will get problem.
and i don't know what i have to do.befor this accident i was swimmer but now i can't walk easy and i just sit at home ....

Thankyou for you video. My mom had a relly bad ankle break about 32 years ago. She is 74 and is really having a great deal of mobility problems due to it. Just within last 2 years has become much more severe? Why did you get ankle replacement? Which type did you get? Who/ where was you is your surgeon? I'd really appriciate any information you could give me. It seems there has been great advancements.. a more choices... other than fusing.. Thanks again...
Joyville, you need to see a GOOD SURGEON, I just had (3 weeks ago) my second ankle done, using the Inbone, by wright medical. With this devise they can take down a fusion and replace the whole joint. I can testify that my left ankle works better than the joint I was born with. So well I've had my right done and I'm looking forward to living a normal life, Get to a good surgeon and google InBone Total Ankle replacement = EDUCATION

Thanks.... I had an ankle fusion and it still hurts almost 2 yrs later if I am on it more than 10 minutes.
