It most likely will be better on PC due to the editing capabilities, they say the editor will be available for Xbox 360 through DLC, but I've not heard of anything for the PS3 yet, but it will be better on PC, any game which has been multiplatform has always been better for PC, if you can think of one which hasn't, let me know.

ive played DMC on PC and PS2 (DMC3) and i like DMC3 for PS2 than DMC for PC

the only reason why the ps3 and xbox look the same is because they both have the game and arent exclusive. Example Killzone 2

amBX is supported on PC and PS3, and trackIR is also supported in vehicles on all platforms, and for infantry on some platforms.

Wow the graphics SUCK.

Everything looks sterile, like plastic. They should have used photo textures instead of painted textures. Saves alot of work too.

The Xbox 360 won't be better and won't be worse then the PS3 version, there exactly the same just on diffrent consoles. The PC version however...

Tracers were in the original, and tracers are very well known to be used. Of course they'd include them.
