  • no se puede ir a un concierto de piano con tos, es criminal, le quito magia a la excelente interpretancion de esta maravillosa obra artistica. el tosedor se tendria que haber retirado del auditorio!!!!!!!!!!

  • Gotta hold the cough gotta hold it..... it's over ! i'll cough ; as so as many people

  • Great interpretation, I myself prefer to keep it slow and relaxed. Great recording though, good touch and very clean.

  • fabulous just fantastic

  • hahahaha! the audience had to keep it all in till the end...

  • Cough* cough* cough cough* COUGH* coUgh*

  • Ataque masivo de tos...

  • <3

  • You hold in the coughs and release only after the piece. That is typical and by no means a rude gesture

  • Does anyone know if Yundi Li has ever recorded Chopin's Etude in E Minor OP10-3 ?

I can't imagine how beautiful his interpretation would be...

  • @dolcelunasama I thought that was the E major? I'm sure he has - if you do find it, please tell me as it's one of my favourite pieces as well.

  • I can play that piece perfectly and I always play it with as much emotions as i can

but yundi will always be the superlative of chopin's masterpieces!

  • but wow, this emotion that he brings up with his beautiful interpretation... its just.. ineffable

  • maybe they were all holding their coughs till the end of the piece

  • One of the greatest Chopin interpreter

  • What is with the freaking coughs at the end?! DISRESPECTFUL OLD PEOPLE WHO CAN'T APPRECIATE GOOD MUSIC

  • I guess it was too cold over there, many audience immediately caught a cold, haha

  • I have honestly never heard of Yundi Li until recently, but thanks to YouTube, I cannot stop watching. This man is brilliant! You can see the emotion he puts into the piece; but close your eyes, and you can really HEAR the emotion. Incredibly-well played!

  • one of the best renditions i have ever heard of this song, marvelous

  • Good god. What was with the coughing at the end.

Anyway, very beautiful song, great quality video. Thanks uploader.

  • @RunningBear22 Ah yes the coughing, many people say that coughing during or at the end of a performance is usually a critique, because how many times do you cough when watching a basketball or baseball game?

  • @killingangel707 so the coughers were the haters ?

the brave man will say you siuck! bad interpertatoin!

  • Whats with al the coughs. Damn old ppl. lol

  • sounds like they know it's a recording and want their "voice" to be recorded LOL

  • @mrjkdeyoung hahahhahahaj thumbs up

  • Ya nocturne again!

  • glad u posted these performances, good quality too

  • I think It's more clear than this link Yundi Li plays Chopin Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2

  • I love this clip, sound is clear than another link that he played

  • good performance, quiet fast "andante" tough...

  • his performance is getting more mature. BRAVO!

  • Just .... Lovely!!!!

  • does the whole audience have bronchitis at the end?? wtf?! beautiful playing though, especially the grace notes at the end.

  • @fryl0ck33 lol i think they were all holding their coughs in untill he finished.

  • haha, major typo.

  • I find it odd to seeing him play this intimate piece in such a "grand" empty space. Something is lost here. Close your eyes. There is no intimacy.

  • @joncaju he sounds as though he's rushing it a bit too much...

    it's more nervous than passionate

  • Great!!!

  • why does the text seem to be wrong in the videos? this is not F#

  • lol everyone was coughing at the end

and li yundi had the WTF look on his face

    soooo beautiful though

  • @sparkingtheca ahahahha the coughers ahahahahah the wtf look

btw the ligts and the darkness and the blue lights a new style

  • beautiful!!!

what's with all that caulfing at the end there?

  • dude...he is playing for people to see... LIVE TV, you know?? he need to show body language... not like you... u play for urself to see...

he is still at his best...

  • wow thats a lot of excessive lifting of fingers.

if i didnt know any better, i would accuse him of using improper "finger technique" but that's not the case; he is still depressing notes with arm lowering so it is fine
