No, Heidern is 6'4, and Mr Karate wears the mask because he doesn't want everyone to know that he is actually Takuma Sakazaki. Kind of like how Bruce Wayne dresses up as Batman. Also I am glad that you like my series so much. I strive to make my stuff so good that people can't wait until the next episode.
