most top players combo using that tatic.
but i dont think this marth did it intentionally

Not really, most don't and prolly cannot consistently combo with ledgecancels simply because opponents move a lot and tipping fairs requires precise spacing and positioning. What they do instead is fairing normally and L-canceling, then they can drop trough the platform or run off the platform into another fair or attack.
Besides it wasn't double fair, it was fair into aerial dodge lol.
