@paqman78 Try making and recording a track. The bassline isn't ever written by 1 person. It has to fit with the rest of the song. It's a group effort and every band member will contribute. Jamiroquai's basslines continued to be amazing after zender left, just listen to runaway and love foolosophy in this same session. Zender is GONE! And has been for over 12 years! It's time people dropped this stupid argument. Nick Fyffe and Paul Turner are both incredible bass players! That's all that matters!

Everything about this video is incredible. The most obvious, bass and Jay Kay's incredible communication with the group. I could go on, but I think my hero today is the percussionist. The pure innovativeness has gone and made place for simple pop songs which are nowhere near as good as the 3 (maybe 4) first albums. It's a pity, because this guy is truly talented. The opening bass solo is "awewome" when played correctly (not I said correctly; listen how Zender spanked the shit out of it in all performances).
