  • your depression is from all the emotions your locking away,you know it just don't know how to control it. everyone has their lazy points especially when it comes to gyms.so take a break. but don't your bulmic issues take over,wanna stay fit just walk,run,find activities that take your mind off.

  • Boo for shitty therapists.....Hang in there! Try not to focus and all negative behaviors and find at least one positive thing that you do each day. even if it is not food related. :-)
