  • You are so beautiful and could be making millions pushing skin care products.......I know it would probably mess with your brain since your skin is due to the things you are putting into your body-Merry Christmas and may you have a happy and long life on this planet!

  • Well done you have really done your homework and look great too. Keep it up. MSM its a miracle for me too, combined with superfoods like cacao and hemp seeds it's really helped me with skin and hypoglycemia. I also take the camu camu raw powder in water with it for Vit. C, the two go together real well. I'm taking the unrefined crystals, not MSM powder. Once food is picked and stored it looses the sulfur immediately so I find this an essential supplement for deficiency.

  • I just recently got the msm soap and it is just amazing!!! I've only used it twice and it's already making my skin soft and tight and my stretch marks are dramatically disappearing...I LOVE MSM :)

  • @ModelDancerVixen3 are you blogging about it?

  • Im horny and I think this girl is to blame

  • This is good info on MSM. I would also like to remind people that MSM is excellent for allergies such as hay fever, dust allergies, etc. It is a great anti-histamine.

  • why would u do a review on this and not let us know where to buy it??? where did u buy that powder from??

  • @TheFutureTgirl *facepalm*...DO YOU KNOW WHAT GOOGLE IS??? Geezus, do you have to have everything handed to you or are you too dumb to look up information on your own??

  • Msm is definitely awesome, but you should also check out wheat grass juice. The Amazing Grass brand is the best!!!

  • @banner0920 nooo, home grown fresh wheatgrass is the best!

  • I appreciate the information. My sister could use some MSM as her hair skin and nails are very weak

  • @aneondevilbreath ...also should be taking silica and biotin.

  • Does anyone know if nursing women can take this?

  • @nette817

I would not take it while nursing only because we do not know if it will affect your baby. When you are done use it and girl watch that hair GROOOOWWWWWWWWWWW!

  • @lavvy2585 I kind of thought that. Oh well, guess I have to wait a bit longer. Thanks for the response!!!

  • @nette817

net why dont you ask your doctor? I am sure they can tell you, it is very safe but with a baby's delicate circumstances it is not worth the risk.

  • @nette817 MSM will mobilize mercury and other toxins from your tissues. Read about toxins in breast milk. BPAs, PCBs etc.

  • Awesome accent and you're pretty! Thanks for the information!

  • I love you!

  • I just bought MSM supplement in a 'health food store' and now I read it contains titanium dioxide (possible carcinogen?), hydropropylmethylcellulose, siliscum dioxide....where they have pure msm? I read its also in milk though...

  • @dromycatcher

purest msm has to be purchased from you doctor, they can usually order it for you. I have tried trimedica and it seems to be good. It says its 99% pure but the lady that I used to purchase from said it has to have some form of filler in order for it to be ordered on line. Unfortunately the government regulated her so much that she said to hell with it and closed up shop. This is also wonderful for people with diabetes which she was and she had no more problems with her sugar.

  • omg do you even have any makeup on?..your skin looks amazing!

  • I love redheads !

  • you got it Girl...MSM is GREAT!

  • MSM is great. Other products that i have found awesome for well being and skin are St mary thistle tea which really relieves the stress from the liver which is obvious by the clearing of the skin. Another awesome product is Adya Clarity. Its really makes you feel great, and makes your skin look great.

ps you put the girl on the david wolfes book to shame :)

  • Hawt ;).... glucosamine and msm

  • hi, i read it causes facial hair growth is this true.?have you noticed any? can anyone answer this question.... i dont want a mustache xD

  • @solarlolax I have been taking it daily since this past summer and have noticed no abnormal facial hair growth (i.e. mustaches or beards) I say if you want to, give it a try!

  • @BlueMoonDarling OK thanks for the info..i like your screen name btw

  • hey, thank you for the info! A lot of women using MSM had noticed it totally played havoc with their menstrual cycles. Some of them stopped altogether. I'm worried about that! Have you experienced it?

  • she is pretty :-)

  • I hate the Main Stream Media.

  • rain wooooouuutaaa! :D

  • can you recommend a brand of msm???

  • I read that you have to take it with vitamin C to be affective.

  • MSM is only found in RAW foods, as soon as you heat foods the MSM will evaporate away.

If you want clear skin then you need to start with clear blood. Skin problems usually arise when your body cannot dispose of it's metabolic wastes in the normal fashion usually because the normal channels of elimination are overtaxed.

  • I've been taking MSM for over 10 years now. I believe it the most important nutritional substance one can take. You can eat all the best food, but without MSM in you body you will not assimilate the nutrients properly. MSM make the cell membranes permeable, which allows nutrients to flow into the cells and also importantly metabolic waste products flow out.

When first starting MSM, DO NOT take it before bedtime, and start with small amounts then graduate to higher levels each week.

  • @BriscoCountyJr23 Why cant you take it before bed?

  • @drkingslend When people first take MSM it will keep them awake because the detoxing effects of the stimulants most people take, like coffee etc.

  • does msm remove wrinkles and sagging?

  • thats great, that people share something like this :)

    thank you DEAR!!!

I was prescribed MSM today for my early arthritis, so it was nice to hear such a great review on it.

  • Fran... have you gone nudist? :p

  • sounds good to us OrganicRawBill!!! very cool. Great video too!! From, Jason & Pia (of the Welovesuperfoods website)

  • Australian ?

  • i dunno about it helping the skin because it didn't help mine. the time i took it my skin broke out really badly. and i was taking it for along time, like almost a year and i broke out with huge cystic acne. i stopped and the acne went away. it was weird, some days my skin would clear and then it would flare up again and msm was the only thing i was taking.

  • @tdottchickk WOW What brand were you taking? I am now learning about MSM.

  • @tdottchickk What brand were taking? Also was it a powder or capsule?

  • @Zephyrhillz, organika, capsules

  • I could care less what this stuff does for your hair, I lost all mine over 30 years ago (well at least that which is on top of my head). I think it highly unlikely it will give me a head of hair back, but this stuff (along with Bromolain) saved me from a very miserable and painful early retirement. Shame on the American medical establishment for not giving this stuff its due. Five weeks ago I could barely walk, now I can run pain free and I'm back at work. Not retiring either, not yet.

  • does msm mean magnesium?

  • @bitchiteen IT MEANS "Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane"

  • I ruined my skin on byt taking Roaccutane. My skin is so thin now. Will taking MSM help do you think. And I take the tablet form. It tastes so horrible if i lick it, but is it as effective as powder form?

  • @Moaty4eva it is better to use the powder because when you take it in pill form you aren't actually getting as much msm. besides the powder form is more cost efficient

  • are you from australia? if so do you know where i can buy it from?

  • Cant you just take it in tablet form?

  • are u wearing something ?

  • love your accent

  • can we take the powder-filled pills instead of using the actual powder in drinks and such??

  • david wolfe claimed that msm will make hair wavier. unfortunately i love my straight hair. do you notice your hair become curlier after taking msm?

  • i cant see the white powder... GRRRRRRRRRRR

  • oh and I take 3-4 tsp for inflammation also. Great for arthritis! My 93 yr old grandfather takes it and says he has no more pain!

  • I take the same one but the flakes. It's bitter but I've gottn used to it. My hair is THICK now. I've been using this and ground flaxseeds and I've had to cut my hair twice this year. Not because it got 2 long but because it's just so darn thick. My nail tips are WHITE, and my skin is Blemish free.

  • thanks for your Advice! not only has MSM helped my skin but it has helped my gastrointesinal problems a great deal.

  • MSM is a great product I found from this store called love street living foods--I use it all the time in a powder form mixed in with my smoothies, too! :-)

  • Thank you for this:-) I just bought the powder form from vitacost. Can't say how its working(I've only been taking it 4 days now). I think it says to take 1/2 tsp daily. I'm hoping it work for my skin and hair, lol.

  • How many supplements is it ok to take a day? x

  • I use MSM nearly every day. I just put a tablespoon in my smoothies which I have daily. I also brush my teeth with it sometimes too.

MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane) assimilates into the body better when taken with foods high in Vitamin C. it is good mixed with Orange Juice and I usually have Goji Berries in my smoothies so it works well there too. Camu Camu is also good to mix it with.

It is a great natural source of Sulphur, which is great for healing scar tissue, internally and externally.

  • @OrganicRawBill great! so fran's suggestion of making lemonaid is good because of the vitamin c from the lemon

  • @mariaperiwinkle That would work, but higher Vitamic C fruits are better. I actually make an MSM/Camu Camu blend that I use most of the time. We sell it in our store, so I always have it handy at home. :-)

  • My skincare toner has msm and it exfolitates my skin really well:) I love it!

  • your so pretty!

  • @summertimeproduction - So beautiful!

  • Just wondering if you are continuing to eat all raw or high raw after your 30 days this year. I also wonder if you have ever ordered raw cacao beans from online, and if so, do you have a recommended company? I tried to order from ultimate superfoods, but then realized they have a $150 minimum order, so I then decided to order from the raw food world sight. I just want to find the best quality......maybe David Wolfe's site?

  • I see that you are in the USA. Sunfood Nutrition do have good quality Cacao beans as far as I am aware. David Wolfe does not have anything to do with the company anymore though. If you were in Australia, you could get them from me! :-)

  • Thank You! So, yes, I will check the Sunfood sight. I didn't know he sold that out. I would definately buy from you if I could!! I have fallen in love with these beans, so I wanted to buy in bulk. I just pop them in my mouth in the morning raw and whole and I no longer crave any coffee! I was addicted to black strong espresso for 20 years, and nothing could satisfy my love for the bitter taste of coffee except the bitter taste of cacao! Pretty cool.

  • I like to do that too. We have some with the dried fruit still around the bean which adds a little sweetness to the bitterness. YUM!

  • Mmmmm.......wish I could try them!!

  • sufy1000 it is the same for me in some of her videos. I don't know why :/

  • Thanks. I don't know if it's my speakers but sound comes out from only one speaker. Anybody else has this problem?

  • yep

  • I have the same problem =( i was listening through my one earphone and then was gonna change the vidd cause i couldn'tt hear it but then i read ur comment and changed earphones so i could hear it =) thanks =)and yeah its so weird =P

  • @tessa123451 lol yeah. I think I can only hear it through my left speaker.

  • me too =P

  • I've been taking MSM for a few years to help ease joint pain.

  • It helps?

  • @quitejaded I definitely believe it's helped.

  • Can you find MSM at health food stores/drug stores?

  • Yes

  • ive seen it at drugstores. cucmbers and pine nuts have sulfur too fran =)

  • oops! i meant to say ive seen it at HEALTHfood stores. silly me. but they wouldprobably have it at drugstores too

  • I have been taking MSM for a long time now and it is amazing for your hair, skin, and nails! They grow like crazy! Especially if your eating a 80-10-10 type diet! It helps to detoxify you! My mom has been taking MSM for a very long time and she has beautiful long hair. I take MSM and Fo-Ti for my skin and hair. It works!

  • What is Fo-Ti?

  • That's cool, I never had heard of it before!
