  • Hey, is body fortress milk and egg protein good for adding mass?

  • that looks like a nice place ti live

  • lol you looked nervous when you put your put on the side lol

  • hi my name is Vince im a douchebag

  • Wow freaking sick background and Nice Advices btw

  • Very cute couple lol

    but

    serious

I think would be better to focus on the natural side of nutrition cause thats something your body can absorb and work with very easy.

Also lets keep in mind you cant leave your life thinking it is the key of good body. Work out routine , discipline and good food, natural, fresh, lots of fish, meat, chicken, veggies, grains... not capsules ... I am a nurse and I know all those pills wont make you a super star if you stop them. But good quality food will.

  • Hi guys, really good personal information. Many thanks for your thoughts.

  • is creastine good for you?

    which one do you recomend?

  • @fox22rob anything but a monohydrate really.. there all good i think its called kre-alkyline creatine is the good kind

  • where were you guys when you made this video?

  • Las Vegas, on the room of the Hilton Hotel.

  • Thanks bro!

  • u guys mentioned takin createne twice like 10 grams and etc. what kinda createne do u recommend

  • @leemhayward hey lee

I eat a lot of salmon and flax seeds each day

do i still need my omega-3s?

  • lol vince looked like he was in a hurry to take a crap

  • hahaha... we were running out of video on the camera that's why he was looking at his watch.

  • lol thanks for clarifying. lol I laughed about you needing more fish oils for memory haha.

    Nice

  • I just had to take a 6 month break from training and now I'm ready to start again. In the past, I've always had great results from creatine, but I was wondering. Since I'm coming off such a long break, would it be a good Idea to lay off the creatine until I hit my first plateau? When I come back after a long break, I get good results anyway for the first few months.

  • Left: Guy on the doesn't know shit

Right: Looks like he needs to hurry to take a crap

  • Imma give u a half a thumbs up for the right guy...Lee knows his shit....wat did he say dat didnt make sense?

  • 2:52

    What are greens ?

  • Iron, Brocoli, peas, green food

  • type of supplement

  • Only supplements worth taking are:

    - Protein supplements

    - Creatine

    - Multivitamins

    - Glucosamine

    - EFA's

    - Glutamine

NO2 supplements (superpump 250, no-xplode etc.) are a load of bullshit. Don't waste you're money on them. If you want something to boost your energy, try drinking a strong coffee before working out.

  • lol no and SP250 are bullshit?.. I know they work for about 2 weeks but then they stop( I havent used any..I just eat about 3 bananas and oats or just eat watever lol)

    wat do you recomend?

  • You need low GI carbs pre-workout (an apple, oats, wholemeal bread etc.) along with a whey protein shake, as it contains BCAA's and glutamine which will stop muscle breakdown and are depleted from the body during your workout. If taking creatine, only have it post-workout as this is when your body absorbs the most of it.

  • i guess everyone is differnt. when I started taking protien shakes after lifting for 5 years my gains went thru the roof.Of course lee,s vidios have been a huge help as well

  • I love all your videos! Great job Guys!!!

  • when i took protein shakes my gains wern't as good as they are now that i stopped talking them for over 4-5 months now.

    but thats just me.

or maybe the protein shakes was killing my hunger

  • hasnaen, agreed with you there. Same goes for me

  • exactly my case too! I switched to only whole foods. Seems that I pay more attention to what I eat now and I eat a lot more.

  • Anyone have an idea about how many grams of protein the body can break down in a single serving?

  • I believe 30-50g....but no more that 50 for sure

  • 30 grams at a time roughly

  • depends on how big u are...typical human is just like they said anywhere from 20-50...

  • should i be taking creatine while cutting weight?

  • nope

  • great vid guys and thanks!!

  • hi lee i've been following your videos recently (sorry for my bad english but i'm italian :D)

anyway i'd like to ask you something about creatine..i tried tu use it but it brings me digestive problems...now i'm planning to use creatine "alkalyne"..i've heard that it should be more "digestive", is it true? what do you think about it?

  • Great video, gents. When are you going to run out of Vegas videos? Keep 'em coming.
