I think would be better to focus on the natural side of nutrition cause thats something your body can absorb and work with very easy.
Also lets keep in mind you cant leave your life thinking it is the key of good body. Work out routine , discipline and good food, natural, fresh, lots of fish, meat, chicken, veggies, grains... not capsules ... I am a nurse and I know all those pills wont make you a super star if you stop them. But good quality food will.
I just had to take a 6 month break from training and now I'm ready to start again. In the past, I've always had great results from creatine, but I was wondering. Since I'm coming off such a long break, would it be a good Idea to lay off the creatine until I hit my first plateau? When I come back after a long break, I get good results anyway for the first few months.
NO2 supplements (superpump 250, no-xplode etc.) are a load of bullshit. Don't waste you're money on them. If you want something to boost your energy, try drinking a strong coffee before working out.
lol no and SP250 are bullshit?.. I know they work for about 2 weeks but then they stop( I havent used any..I just eat about 3 bananas and oats or just eat watever lol)
You need low GI carbs pre-workout (an apple, oats, wholemeal bread etc.) along with a whey protein shake, as it contains BCAA's and glutamine which will stop muscle breakdown and are depleted from the body during your workout. If taking creatine, only have it post-workout as this is when your body absorbs the most of it.
i guess everyone is differnt. when I started taking protien shakes after lifting for 5 years my gains went thru the roof.Of course lee,s vidios have been a huge help as well
hi lee i've been following your videos recently (sorry for my bad english but i'm italian :D)
anyway i'd like to ask you something about creatine..i tried tu use it but it brings me digestive problems...now i'm planning to use creatine "alkalyne"..i've heard that it should be more "digestive", is it true? what do you think about it?
Good vid! Here's 6 and 7 also....Post workout carbs and aminos. :-) Good stuff!
