I'm doing this song this year. My first chorus year despite being a sophmore. I love it. You guys are, like noted, a bit fast. However, awesome performance other wise.

Nice performance. Great tuning and blending, but the tempo is a bit too fast. The speed causes diction to be slurred. Women need to focus on rounder vowels. Words such as "sound" and "crashing" are a bit bright. Slower tempo would be beneficial, as well as more bass support at times. All this aside...well done.

No, it was decent. A little bright, easily fixed... vowel sounds aren't very pure, but some are.

I know, but its not supposed to be that fast, Ive done this arrangement before, and I know what to look and hear for when it comes to Advanced choirs, I mean, they're not bad, but they're just not at that "advanced" level because Ive heard a 9th grade select group do this arrangement, and they performed better, I was very impressed, they were Webber Jr High XLR8! Mixed choir in Fort Collins back in January of 2006.

im doing it in my choir and my teacher has seen this video because i showed it to her and she also agreed. its obvious there going faster and they sound alot like my old middle school which is bad for highschool. i like the song all together but there tempo is very fast and in my experiences with this song i heard the tempo in all 5 times ive sung it much much slower. so thanks for thanking me for agreeing with u. mouthful to say.

Yes we received a two all together but we sang ones. We didn't do well in sight reading lowering are all together score.

It isn't really rushed our director just decided to take it at a pace she preferred. We worked our tails off but whether a song is taken fast or slow it makes no difference. There was a few enunciation problems but still this is the directors second year with these kids as she rebuilds a program. It's pretty impressive and we got great marks too!
