REAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLY dig how he mixes up the tempo with the drums to make it more like Band of Gypsys here. Awesome. It's a great song in it's own right, but to see Doyle transform it into a more funk/r&b/Soul thing just shows his talent and prowess in his talent. Wow.

I did see this footage before seeing it here now,but yea when i first herd it,i went wow, different and cool.Like his voice and guitar playing his realy good,and the band is playing great too,i like this version better than the album one in a way too.

This is mean sounding for sure and cool slide stuff - I don't think I've seen Doyle without a strat before! I do like the strat though

Yeah doyle pulled out a les paul on EC's last tour... since then hes been playing a lot of gibsons! he has the sunburst lp, goldtop lp, and the cherry les paul jr. in this video... I like the sound hes getting out of them! DB2 is my hero!
