I think she has a great voice; found her from a cover she has here on youtube of sheryl crows "are you strong enough" however, being a guitarist and singer myself, and knowing how complicated it is to create a song that the vocals and instruments sound so good together like these two songs makes me give both Sheryl Crow and Seal ALOT of props for having made the songs in the first place...
