Is Christel leaving the show? I get the vibe that they are working on getting Cane and Mac together and the only way that would be is if Lily was about to die.
Someone had posted elsewhere that since Christel is pregnant, that she wanted to be able to take time with her first child; I'm hoping that she doesn't "leave" but that instead, maybe they'll put her in a coma or something while she's on maternity leave and then when she comes back, she can resume her LANE coupling. I do NOT WANT Cane & Mac together...no way, no how!!!
What I'm wondering is if the writers are setting up a "Neil & Ashley" pairing? Seems like they're ALWAYS together now...
The CHristel wants to leave is just a "jerking your chain" foolishness. Consider the source. Perhaps the smart thing to do is to wait for CKH comments on life with a growing family. Perhaps then and only then should one speculate and be overly concern. Chain jerking is weak and pathetic.
I was just stating what I had read on another board; I'm not saying that Christel IS leaving...I had just read someone else's comment and posted what I said above. I'm not speculating either way.

I read that the Ashby's will have a very happy year on another board, too. pinkwedding was asking about Christel leaving the show and brought up Cane/Mac...I was just commenting about what I had read from another poster on another board.
What I REALLY wanted to know was does anyone feel that TIIC (The Idiots In Charge) are going to put Neil with Ashley?
