  • @megaMrCool No snow in that hunt. We are in the far Northwest end of Florida but same as you, it doesnt snow here... very rarely anyways. We actually got some snow during that same season I think it was two years ago. Actually snowed one day during the late muzzleloader season.

    My humble opinion for a tip here in Florida, is to find out straight from a local biologist when most fawns are born around your area. Get an average date for your area, it is crazy different all over the state. Then back up on your calendar 210 days for "gestation period" of a doe. That gives you the actual breed date... now make sure you hunt the two weeks leading up to that breed date. Biology says you should hunt that window!
