i have a bike with v-brakes and one with disc and my stoppies are no different on either the only difference is whith disc you don't have to listen to walruses when you ride through a shallow stream

Get your weight far forward (like up above the stem) and have the balls to grab a handful of brakes. The rest is just modulation and practice. Plus, you really gotta be going pretty fast or at least downhill.

ah unlucky man it aint that hard after a bit of practice, u dont just rip in the brake or ull go straight iver, u gotta find the balance point and feather the brake. get used 2 going over the bars alot until ur used to using the brake properly. u got msn?
