A "documentary" about it is available on the Collector's Edition DVD, or as an Easter Egg on the standard DVD.

Chinese and American culture have merged, but the gentleman is speaking japanese, saying he disgraced his family by not buying the Oaty Bars.

This is the complete commercial. You don't see the entire thing in Serenity.
