Excellent points Alkistis, especially regarding the "I still love you, but I need to move on." Having been through this recently (not my decision to break up, I ended up leaving though) I made a clean break, and traveled for a month. It's very important to take this time to grow, I used Alkistis meditation MP3's, which helped the transition go smoother for me. To me, I wish my ex would have told me he still loves/supports me, but alas, another learning exp! Stay Positive.. Huggs :)
