The scene from 0:38 is actually Dominic Keating and Eric Pierpoint from an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. You can catch the whole scene in "Section 31 Exists Before 23rd Century" or something like that, here on YouTube.
Everything else is from Trek episodes. Scenes I remembered from over the years. With the exception of the first nuclear explosions and the oribital shot of the missiles cruising and exploding, that is.
I've already begun work on the Section 31 Files version too. :D
