  • You're one fit dude.

  • how can you do 26 muscle ups but only 32 pull ups??????

  • that aint the same dude that did the 26 muscle ups ! That profile is used to upload many of the people working out at Bondi Beach!! And also those full lockout chinups with underhand grip taxes your bicep which is a small muscle and works a bit of back too but the muscle-up is using the back and triceps along with the biceps

  • he looks like superman haha

  • very good

    I do have 14 and 13 years

practice a lot! think good to start? ;)

  • I can do max 9 pull ups (palms facing you), i've been kind of stuck there for a while now do you have a pull up program that is meant to increase the amount of repetitions for pull ups?

  • 2 people did 31 chin ups

  • He's pretty skinny for a 183 pounder

  • Is is okay to do pullups everyday?

  • Finally someone doing it properly! Mad props dude

  • @DanielSel ur a dumbass... its okay, go pump out 100 bullshit pushups to impress everyone around u rather than doing strict movements to REALLY work your muscles u egomaniac dipshit. do u know what endurace is? obviously not. fuck u.... im just saying man, and this guy is in the park just messin around obviously. if i saw this guy in the gym, or you, i would fuckin laugh and say get the fuck outta here

  • @JBxWinters - Hi JBx - you're right - I was just 'messin around' - this was a few years ago - Since then, my team and I have set a few Official Guinness World Records in strength (see other clips). "Strict" movement is fine; depending on what you are training for. If you want to do mutliple one-arm chins, a variety of ROM/speed is essential. If you saw me in your gym, I would be happy to train all you and all your buddies in World Record level strength training. Train hard. Cheers!

  • 32 of those chin ups = 10 slow chin ups

  • It's even more impressive considering that he mainly trains for strength, not endurance ... 95% of the guys who can do 30 chins can't do OACs, and this guy can

  • Who is the cute little girl? She appears in couple of your other videos. I don't see how you could keep a straight face while chinning with ehr around.

  • Thank you for uploading this video, really u did 32 pull up. I can't do more than that, you are perfect pull up man, well done man!

  • @pratapgurung thank you - train hard and be positive and you will reach your goals!

  • cool.........! I also want to increase pull up or chin up like you 32 timessssssssssssssss

  • Awesome, glad to see you that you go all the way down unlike most fags you see on youtube

  • i prefer dead hang pullups those are harder

  • the last few almost weren't chin ups, but I was impressed from 20 up!! dang

  • Hey great video! Im a 12 year old and this is what I want to train to. Right now im at about 15 pull ups, and like 80 push ups. I want to reach a goal of 25 pull ups and 150 push ups, without stopping. Is there any good way I could train up to that and how long do you think it would take?

  • Hey great video! Im a 12 year old and this is what I want to train to. Right now im at about 15 pull ups, and like 80 push ups. I want to reach a goal of 25 pull ups and 150 push ups, without stopping. Is there any good way I could train up to that?

  • @bossphxkid These are chin ups.

  • Excellent chins ups!

Any tips on how I can go from 19 chin ups to my target of 25? I seem to be struggling now. Thanks

  • this was pretty good, i like how people do them all fucked up and then disable comments on it so nobody cant say how stupid the person looks haha

  • finally someone does them right. jesus

  • near perfect man congrats on a good upper boddy

  • nice extension on arms but my sister said you aren't going up all the way but ... ya looked good to me

  • this dude is doing them just fine. going down far as he needs to go. even though there all not like people want them like at 41 sec and beyond. which is "straight", "locking out" "hanging" and taking tension off the muscles that one is trying to develop. try just hanging and see how that goes then try and imagine sqeezing in back and bicep work too. then figure out how well those two muscles got worked. long as your doing them its all good. do them how you do them. over and out

  • for the people that say do not go all the way down because of the strain on shoulders and elbows, I disagree.

with wider grip(shoulder width) and control, going full range of motion strengthens the muscles around the joints (such as the shoulder) to hold your weight, and the elbows should be straight but not locked.

and its harder because even though your muscles are not in tension when they are fully stretched, it takes more work to start pulling as compared as when you do not extend fully.

  • k fine great. put possibly more strain on elbows & shoulders and wrist too maybe. not to mention taking the muscles outa action (hanging) so they have time to rest and not get as good a workout. sure your ok now but drops in the bucket add up. have fun boys and girls

  • nobody extends arms completely because its not natural. go try a few

  • Why not. i extend my arms fully. Work my lat better. And I do weighted chin ups. I'm not gonna dislocate anything because everything is well build around my shoulders. More bang for rep is what matters.

  • Those are awesome reps and very good form. But again middle reps are not full reps. These people who keep posting do full reps really haven't done pullups/chinups before. Doing full reps and hanging with arms locked is bad for your elbows. You might not notice when you're 20 but sure will notice when you're 50. But anyway very good.

  • Can you explain in more detail what you mean by middle reps, full reps and hanging with arms locked?

  • anyone which lat workout is better..CHINUPS or PULLUPS which makes the lats bigger and wider..thanx

  • I'm under the impression that pullups make the lats wider. The wider the grip the better. That said, I might be wrong.

    Good luck.

  • chin ups more bicep work and pull ups more back work imo. focus on the muscle too, isolation i think its called

  • Form is so much better here than on 95% of other youtube videos.

  • @rouxeny21 so why is'nt he riiped and built like 95% of the other youtubers

  • So cool.

  • nice!!!

  • Hi, very nice work. I'm training for a pull up challenge. Should I rest the day before the challenge? Or should I work out like normal on the day before the challenge?

  • hi rephore - imho, do one set of pull ups to max reps the day before - cheeers!

  • Thanks. I will try that. I'm excited. The challenge is on Sunday.

  • Great job. Dead hang and no non-sense. If you rested longer at the end you might have squeezed out another rep or two.

  • Indeed rare perfomance.. Good job

  • Hey! I can do like 4-5 reps and then I need assisance! How do you progress and get stronger in this event? I want to be able to do 30-40 reps and do multiple reps with weights handing from my waist. HOW ;)?

  • this is magnificent !

I would like to know how much time have you been training on the bars?

    I hope your reply.

    MONSTER!

  • very good :)

  • a rare youtube feat. no kip, dead hang, PERFECT. good vid man.

  • very impressive. I can do 17 very strict, and then I can do 8 more using my legs and pumping my way up there haha. You are very impressive though dude. I love chin ups :P

  • super!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great job--real chinups.

  • very very impressive

  • Congratulations, that is impressive.

  • armns feel like jelly

    thats sickkk

  • this guy has a nice figure, keep it up man.

  • Wow.. now THESE are pull ups. I totally agree with dert. The others just jerk themselves up.

  • finally, well made chinups. Ive been trying to find legitimate chinups and you are the only one. Others swing, or dont fully extend their arms. Congratulations.

  • great technic dude! you are my inspiration too, always before the gym, I take a look around your vids, you make it look so simple, you look so light.

keep going men, cheers from argentina! =)

  • THANKS! Best cheers juanaquaman. Train hard!

  • Very good chin-ups man! chins and pull ups are my favorite exercises, and I always watch your videos for inspiration. Sorry if you've already answered this question, but what is your diet like? and do you ever lift weights? Keep up the good work man!

    -Alex

  • HI Alex- thx 4 watching! Try to eat no processed ot junk food. Lots of water, chicken, fish. And I do all body weight - pull ups/ push ups/dips/squats. Train hard - best cheers.

  • you should try to do some sport or something, its super rare that someone actually does that many chin ups and goes all the way down and up, im training for mma and my goal is to get up to 25 chin ups and right now i weigh the same much as you and can only do 11

  • hi TekMoli - do lots of chins, often, (as many as possible) with varying grip (close, far, palms in/out) train hard! cheers marcus

  • You look kinda small for 83kg :S

  • well, it is what it is; check out other vids;

    cheers

  • pretty good form. how many on a straight bar tho?

  • hi kaycidd - see other vids - 37 on str8 bar - cheers bro.

  • Do you actually do a chin up routine or was this just for the hell of it? Im doing 6sets at 25 reps but i think the gains are too slow. Did you use any breathing technique?

  • hi incessant - try adding light weight; just a kilo or 2... cheers train hard! Breathe in on the way up out on the way down.

  • hmm, 5pounds can really make a difference? hell, Ill definately try that. I want my back to look like brad pitt when he was cutting his nails in fight club, (like 20 min into the movie)

  • yea u ripped that shit

  • Good job. What kind of workout do you do for you legs?

  • hi tommy = one leg squats... sand running; cheers man.

  • Hey marcusbondi, just wanted to ask a question. If you remember at all..it's ok if you don't. How tall were you when you were 16?

  • NICE JOB.. BUT you look like your 160 or 170 not 183??

  • hi joanne = well, i'm def about 181 now... i am 6' 1" - so it's about right weight for height... thx 4 watching; cheers

  • That sounds like a good weight for pull ups and body weight pulls 6,1. My best is 31 pull up,s and 2 one arm pull up,s on each side and 5 half lever pull up,s at a weight of 175 height 5,10. If I get down to 170 or 165 I think I can get more will see I will post a video soon have a good one.....P.S YOU BONDI GUYS ARE STRONG :)

  • i know this place, if you can do 10 its $1 for lunch, 30 is $5 off for lunch, and over 50 is free lunch.

  • can do 21 my self, want to get to 30 training for the royal marines. Any tips? I do about 200 a day.

  • Keep on going :)

  • now time to do some squats

  • Excellent

  • lol chin up is like one of the easiest upper back/biceps excersise!!! i am fat and i weight 205 lbs and i can do 17 chin ups or 10pull ups or 3 power pull ups. nice job though.....

  • Make a video of that. Thats would be comedy at it's finest.

  • my max is around 23.what a fuck,i was thinking i am a monster lol

  • hi Kill - my max was 18 for ages; train hard & have fun-cheers!

  • my 11 year old cusin can do that not that its not good I mean its great its just my cousin is 11 and he does that daily he has to do it for school. hes the best in his class. Its still good though.

  • i'm sure for being 11 his muscle too fat/weight% ratio is much larger and therefor easier for him to do them than a larger person.

  • awesome

  • How many can you do with palms facing away from you? Whatever the case, that kicks ass dude...you rock!!!

  • Whoa!!! That was great. You are the best I've seen so far.

  • do you do this every day ?

is that good for the muscles ?

  • Hi hugo - Yes, sure! cheers!

  • 31, 79kg

  • 17 im 215 and i got 25

  • pretty cool. im 16 i weigh 145lbs my record is 37 but i had to switch my grip around 28

  • Those are pull ups, not chin ups... lol. But still ncie strength

  • hi blandy-yeah i know; i just put all 'variations' in the title for search purposes: chin, pull, up/ups. cheers bro.

  • Ahh, I see now. Its all good lol. But still a nice show of strength. Btw, how old are you and how much you weigh? Cause thats pretty nice lol. Im just going around comparing myself to see if I am any good lol. I am 14 and weigh about 145 or 150 and can do 16 CHIN UPS( full length); it this average, weak, or good? lol. But dont bother posting "show a vid of it" or anything cause i dont like to post pics f lol. Im just "wierd" like that hehe.

  • Hi Blandy - for 14 y.o. that's great! V. good. You can achieve amazing things - but you MUST keep training hard. Always aim for progression.

    BTW I'm 6'2" - 183 lbs - 41 years. Cheers man!

  • Family full of talent! =]

  • that is one freaky FBI family!

  • good work man thats alot of chinups, my record is 15 wide grip and i way 90kg's

  • that's not bad at all :D

  • great! without swinging!

  • How do you breath when you do chin ups?

  • Good question; I think breathing is very important; I breath in on the way up, getting as much air as comfortable and exhale on the way down. (U can hear the girls making fun of my breathing LOL!) Train hard! Cheers!

  • Yeah, it helps a lot..thanks! You're very cool.

  • if you're at my weight, u'd probably do clapping one arm chin ups :P

  • wow! the best i've seen, cheers for the motivation!- and at 83k! i'm 75k and i'm stuck on 20 questionables! nice to c strength that can run 4 a change

  • I am stuck on about 22 chin ups. My mate suggests I start taking Berroca from around 5.00am which will give me that added boost. From your vast experience would you suggest Berroca and will this help me in getting that extra few out. PS Where did you get those Nike Air Max trainers? You rock dude.

  • That is sweet...very strong and great form on all chinups

  • Nice! thats strong.

  • You make it look so easy!

  • you are great mate , i was able to do like 34 chin ups but now i cant even 20 because of no training .. :(

  • Cheers parko - your street climbing videos are insane!!!! Best i have ever seen. Rock on!

  • Great job! Looks like you have some impressive arms...too bad you didn't do a quick flex for the camera after you were done!
