  • Stills from this can be found in Ray Harryhausen's first book, Fantasy Film Scratchbook. This is one of the films he made as a teen-ager.

  • This IS Ray's work. It was done when he was a teenager. It predates "Evolution" by many years.

  • i just looked up vore...seriously .... ew

  • I doubt very much that this is Ray Harryhausen's work. It certainly is not from "Evolution", for two reasons - 1). Evolution was in color. 2). There were no people during the time of Dinosuars and Ray is keenly aware of that fact, thus he would never have included people in a work entitled "Evolution". I think Crassygyrinus is right, this is probably Willis O'Brian's work. It looks like it could be from "The Lost World".

  • yea-the best of the old dinosaurs eating meat-nice-

  • I don't remember this on the Early Harryhausen DVD. Where on earth did you get it?

You wouldn't happen to have the creature from Jupiter, would you?

  • What is this from?

It looks like it could be Willis O'brien, not Harryhausen.

  • It is definitely Harryhausen. It's a film he began making but then abandoned in the 1940's called 'Evolution'.
