I dont compress the gas, the system makes enough gas pressure on its own, the more amps I apply the more pressure I get, and yes I use a 43 plate 316 stainless drycell. thanks for watching
@bjk14510 THanks for the reply, if you have 43 plates how far apart are they? At 100 amps shouldn't they be over 10mm's apart to avoid boiling issues? it doesn't look like your cell is any bigger than 200mm's in total width.
Are you just forcing 100amps through or are you supply more amps but it is only drawing 100.
the plates in the cell are only about 2mm apart, there are neutral plates between each charged set of plates, there is no heat issue with my design, as far as the amp draw is concerned, it will draw as many amps as I have the electrolite mixed for, i mix it for around 80-100amps @12vDC , there is no way to force current into it, it draws what ever the electrolite is mixed for, I mix it high so I can limit the amp draw to my desired gas output, thanks
I have to keep watch of the amp draw while the cell is warming up, but once it reaches opperating temp it levels off and seems to change only a few amps + or -
I think this is largely due to the circulation pump.
The freightliner project is still under way, I have to do some new vids due to the fact that I have done some more upgrades and I am waiting on the results, thanks
That's really amazing!!!

do you need to compress the gas before burning? or does the system produce gas fast enough to create adequate pressure?
Are you using a dry cell?

Great job. How you keep steady cell temp at 100amp for two hours?
Btw, how is going with big rig? I can't find any videos. Did you stop testing . Please DON'T stop.

Awesome Job, is that 100 amps at 12Volt?
BTW PWM on the way!

Thank you so much for posting this video. 100 amps is really cranking. Awesome results.
