@KicktheFlip Because that's how the script for the commercial was written. He's a professional actor, and she's just a regular person - so it didn't come off as smooth as they planned. I'm not sure she's irritated with him as much as looking over at the teleprompter for her next lines to speak. Still, it's cute. And so is she. She's adorable.
