When DUBS are good:

It depends on the actors.

And preferable, for animes like Soul Eater, Black Lagoon, FMA and Black Butler, I would prefer the language in english because the Japanese sound awkward saying English names, and we sound awkward saying Japanese names. And then there is the fact I cant watch the Anime if I'm reading the subs.
