  • you can't even hear the instructions because of the music..

  • This is a wonderful video thanks for sharing. I really hope I will go into labour soon as I am 40.4 weeks. I have a birthing ball that I plan to use in labour so hopefully it will help lots.

  • @crazyraqoon734 Yes, the ball is wonderful to use for labor. Good luck with your upcoming labor of love! Please let me know how it all went. Thank you for viewing the video and check out my other Youtube channel called: Serenitybirth1

  • Thanks for sharing I was wondering what to do with my ball! im 36 weeks and praying for a baby at 37 weeks before my husband deploys. hoping this can help =)

  • can the ball b used durring the pushing process

  • @mrzRretro You can use the ball in the early phase of pushing in order to help baby descend more down the Stations. But then as you are actually Actively pushing you can use the ball when you are on all fours then rest your arms over the ball in between pushing. Good luck to you : )

  • Respond to this video... You can also subscribe to my Serenitybirth1 Youtube page for more birth and pregnancy related videos.

  • hey love the music, and like this position/exercise more then the one where you lay back. Hope I can use it correctly during my labor! Thank you!

  • @HitomiRulz Thank you! The music info in on the Video description. It is by Imani and you can find her CD on her website by contacting her directly on the Mammalution.

Good luck to you on your upcoming labor of love!

  • i heard about birth balls being relaxing and comfortable so iv ordered 1 and then thought id check out different ways i could use it. im 36 week pregnant with my 2nd child and im wondering how do i benefit from using it ?? do i use it during labour and birth??

  • @bekkismith12 Thank you for viewing my channel. In your pregnancy you would sit on the ball as it is more comfortable than a hard chair. Plus it help your baby "drop." During labor you would use the ball to sit on, or to lean over when you are on all fours. It is by far the cheapest, easiest, thing you can have for labor! Good luck to you.

  • The whole exercise while pregnant thing is absolutely wonderful. IMO too many women depend on surgical, drugs and fear mongering propaganda from pharmaceutical companies for help with childbirth. When deep down the Nature=All way is best.

Plus the ball exercises look oddly kinda sexy. :-)

  • When is it safe to begin these sorts of exercises? I am almost 31 weeks pregnant. Can I start now?

  • Yes, assuming your baby is already head down and you dont have any medical issues. In general, pregnancy yoga is safe for all stages of pregnancy.

Good luck with your upcoming birth. Please let us know how it goes!

  • I will repost the video without the music. Sorry about that. I thought the music would of added to this but I can see it is distracting. Stay tuned.

  • Thanks for viewing. In this videoby sitting on the birth ball, it helps eleviate back ache/pain when she is rolling her hips on the ball. The side angle pose is more for stretching the inner thighs and increasing chest expansion.

In labor, sitting and sqauting using the birth ball works miracles! I take a ball with me to all my births.

  • Can you explain more about what she is doing and what this helps accomplish? Is it bringing the baby deper into the pelvis? Cannot hear you very well, music is too loud.
