good considering you only play with three fingers mate.. but try and use your pinky ;) youll find that the chorus and the breakdown becomes much much easier to play; and u wont loose the groove

You're lifting your fingers too far off the fretboard, that's why your speed is suffering. Try training yourself to only lift your fingers off as far as needs be to sound the open string.

its not fake i just picked one of these up it can make just about any sound imagenable with some of the greatest sound quality.try it yourself youll see.

people, stop critisizing, this is a hard bass line and requires very good stamina. I know how to play this but i just don't play the open string bit. But remember, practise much much more =P

you need better timing and more accuracy. try using a metronome yet? also you're playing the bridge wrong. you added a couple of extra notes and it just sounds horrible, no offense.

I used to be the same, and never use my pinky, but seriously, keep training it, try playing some scales up and down the neck using your pinky to reach the notes higher up on the neck.

Or a more fun way, play Guitar Hero on medium or harder, and use your pinky for the blue and orange notes :P

It will hurt, in the beginning.. u just gotta get trough it.. when u learn to use all ur fingers, u can play almost everything u want to... its all about practising:)
