This is what I think: the apple represents the lies she has told, the eyepatch represents the pain she feels when she tells her lies, and the canvas she keeps flipped over around her neck represents the truth she refuses to show for she feels if she does it will harm her as well as the people around her.
The apples represent lies. (well, duh.) Her picture-thing is flipped, showing that she has a self but refuses to show it because of her web of lies she's made. She has an eyepatch, reflecting two things. 1. She's hidden from others. 2. Her lies have hurt her.
I think the truth is... Miku is an artist, the canvas is just a canvas; But Miku's not the brightest crayon in the box, so she tries to use eating utensils as her painting instruments, of course this back fired and she got paint in her eye. The apple is what she was trying to draw all along but she couldn't. That's why at 1:55 or so it becomes angry scribbles!

The eyepatch: This one was tough, but I think I've got it igured out. I think that the eyepatch IS the "Top Secret", that it's why she lies. Maybe it's a wound from an abusive parent or an aggressive boyfriend that she doesn't want people to know the truth about, so she lies, saying that it was an accident. Eventually, Miku has lied so much about the eyepatch that she begins to lie about other things, but she will never Tell the truth about her wound because "She must protect what she must".
The picture frame: The picture frame, instead of holding Miku, is empty. I assume that this means Miku also feels empty, that she feels her lies have led her to be a nobody that no one wants to be around. The emptiness that she feels inside is reflected through the empty picture frame.

I think the song is intentionally vague so you can use your own imagination and own feelings to guess Mikus secret. That way people can relate to it better and actually think about their own secrets while thinking about Mikus at the same time as well as feel comfort from knowing you aren't the only one. It can really be anything you can think of, I mean, everyone has a secret. Therefore there is no real right answer. Only YOUR answer.
I think the objects that appear are, ya know, symbols. The REAL Secret is that she is infatuated when it comes to apples, she even keeps a painting of one tied around her neck! Though she doesn't want people to know of her strange fetish, so she usually keeps the picture flipped towards her. She says the secret is small, A mislead word. Which probably means she made a promise to someone that she would not tell the secret that could be harmful to someone meaningful to her . Hence the picture frame (I will belive that picture frame has a picture of that person). She is forced to lie to that person, Thats why she calls herself an liar. she must "protect what she must" which means shes hiding the secret from that person to keep from hurting the person, she feels hurt doing this. ->

I think the song is intentionally vague so you can use your own imagination and own feelings to guess Mikus secret. That way people can relate to it better and actually think about their own secrets while thinking about Mikus at the same time as well as feel comfort from knowing you aren't the only one. It can really be anything you can think of, I mean, everyone has a secret. Therefore there is no real right answer. Only YOUR answer.

I think the objects that appear are, ya know, symbols. The apples are lies, the plate, knife, and fork are sort of 'embellishers' for the lies, the picture is the secret (after all, pictures look more important when they're in a frame, and it's always kept close to her), the droplets are tears, and the eyepatch shows the pain of keeping her secret.

The white light is the reveal to who she really is. The lies surrounding her are the lies, told before the reveal. They bring her to tears because they're not showing her true self. My two cents:
Miku isn't the one to come up with the lies. Others make a fake image about who she is and Miku doesn't let the others know that's not the truth. Therefore telling lies herself. "Sweet, sweet temptation" <--- to reveal who she is. And her regret 1:19 is not standing up against the lies being told about her. The "invisible enemy"at 1:38 is again a lie about her. And then going on to tell lies meaning she won't denie what "the enemy"is saying.

I agree with the interpretation that this song is about a girl trying to protect who she truly is. "Laugh all you want, I'll stand by to the end" shows her resolve to remain true to herself. The butterfly she chases after and, eventually, is able to capture may symbolize this "true self".
In any case, I don't believe this has anything to do about babies.
