Actually city piegons came from stone piegons, they adopt cities very easily because of that, since they think that buildings are rock stones. Also they are not good nest builders so they use envriment, even with trees they will prefer buildings. Also builds that use tree holes will use buildings more since theres more holes in it = more nesting places ;]
