  • this doc in the video knows what's up, too, EMS sounds like some serious technology.

  • i love looking at the abs in this video, i find it inspirational :)

  • Well, yeah, so contour belt, no more floor crunches...the flex belt rocks and adrianne curry is hot!

  • i think i need something high techy for my abs, lately i've been stopping after about like 20 crunches bcs my floor is too hard.

  • ive seen enter the dragon 12 x

  • I heard that Bruce LEe used EMS tech back in the day, SICK

  • I'm down to contour abs I'm not laughing.

  • I'm an active guy. I workout daily, and I eat fairly healthy. I have a very flat stomach, and if I keep doing crunches, leg raises for the next 3 months or so, I will definitely see results. The thing is, I hate doing abs workout, and I get very lazy.. Honestly, I would rather run than doing crunches, and it's true.. Crunches somewhat hurt your neck and back even with proper form. Since I'm already active and I pretty much have a flat abdominal, Imma give this a try.. Don't laugh at me.

  • so can hit ur "rock hard" abs?

  • adrianne curry's abs look awesome on the site

  • The day i reach my goal, i am buying the sexiest bikini ever sold at Victoria secret!

  • yeah me too, just looking for an alternative to situps. you can use a contour belt thingy during cardio, rgiht, so seems like a cool multi tasker.

  • I don't have serious back problems I just HATE CRUNCHES LOL but I want FLAT ABS

  • I AGREE

  • This belt is a good idea, especially for people who have back problems and can not do sit ups because of herniated discs or degenerative back problems that don't allow for the type of bending that sit ups and crunches require. So some people need to think about this before they bash.

  • i am SO tired of the fat loss debate! i am just trying to find out if the contour ab belt or the flex belt does a better job for toning muscles..

  • sometimes i amazed by ppl's ignorance, at which point did it say that this will make you skinny?? we are talking abou toning abdominal muscles here!

  • I refuse to call myself phat i'm 'heavy'. I have read these tone muscles, but you gotta loose weight for sure.

  • DOES IT WORK ON FAT PEOPLE

  • YEs, i can be 'lazy' and still get contour abs, i will focus my energy on cardio i guess; is it better to run outside or on a treadmill, anyone know?

  • yeah you get it Online was just looking and the official site and it includes like over $100 in bonus materials. I lLKE the subscription to Fitness mag.

  • i might be getting one :) Can you buy them in store? cause I can't find anything like this a nywhere. Do I have to order it online?

  • this what the world is come to we are so lazy that we have a machine work us out while we do nothing smh

  • @kantelier i know its kinda pathetic that we're this lazy that we have a machine to work out for us but isn't it also pretty damn cool that we do?! Just think, later in the future when we have a machine for every muscle, everybody will be fit and muscular! Its not such a bad thing

  • @kantelier these things dont just make muscles from nothing. wearing them gives you all of the fatigue working out does.

  • @kantelier i kinda agree with you but this machine was also to help celeberitys because they are so Busy they can't have enough time to work out ._.

  • Since I began working out I have lost a total of 65 pounds...I was 235 and now im 170.Nothing but total hard running and being dedicated with my diet which only consisted of eating potatoes and salads and little portions of food. I didn't try an exact diet just the busting my ass diet....Still my stomach is still sort of a mess I really hope one of these ab belts things can help me out because I hate crunches.

  • It's all about the paleo diet this summer and hot yoga for me to get my stomach fat down. Looking at this then to tightening my core. my abs are gonna be awesome.

  • Enuf with the burgers, come on, get real, we all GOTTA EXERCISE!

  • Nothing is better thana big mac. a contour ab belt? I dunno.

  • ANYthing's better than a Big MAC!

  • mmmm, both sounds good, you are making me hungry! seems like a better way to slim the belly than a big mac!

  • Hey what's a healthier WHOLE foods based lunch, grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetables or a whole wheat wrap with smoked salmon, black beans, rice and avocado?

  • This one looks better than the contour belt

  • tempted.

  • You can wear this thing all day long or do thousands of crunches but the bottom line is... until you lose the fat covering the ab area... it won't do you much good other than continue to strengthen and tone something you CANNOT SEE ANYWAY. Put down the friggin McDonald's and start eating right and doing some actual CARDIO if you want REAL results.

  • @elitedefense72 good point but if this is all you got then the right meal plans PLUS this is what will give you real results

  • @elitedefense72 still you will strengthen your muscles and so if i punch you in the head with strengthened abs, i twill hurt and if i do cardio along with that, i can punch you in the head longer... seriously, some of these comments reek of what you want and not the other possibilities ....

  • @kahetel13 And how exactaly does not eating McDonald's and doing cardio equate to being a bad thing? Yes you can strengthen the abs and yes you can do more cardio and yes... well... you probably couldn't land a punch on me with all my fight training but still... you make a point. But you missed my point. Fat covers abs no matter what shape the abs are in. If you want to SEE a 6 pack you must lose the fat. Simple as that. Using this device & not changng up bad habits wont yield the claimed result

  • @elitedefense72 not at all i agree with your cardio point but try going to a therapist and they will use these "types" of pads to strengthen and rehab muscles . avoiding Mcdonalds? pffft i would never eat there, its poison and was just saying these have some value especially IF you do both, but, you will get some results . by the way Bruce lee used some of this and its not well known he used a early form of coupling exlectrodes to enhance resistance on his arms . was messing about the punchthing

  • @elitedefense72 by the way no matter what your fighting skill is someone will land a punch you really shouldnt make claims like that lol no master on earth would dare say that:)

  • @kahetel13 too late

  • Comment removed

  • @elitedefense72 Wrong. You can build muscle regardless of fat content. Ever seen a powerlifter?

  • @foshiz95 I don't remember ever saying you couldn't build muscle. What part of strengthen and tone didn't you get? I DO remember saying that you won't SEE any muscle until you lose the fat covering it. Pretty simple really.

  • @elitedefense72 ah, okay, sorry about the misunderstanding :D.

  • only you know if you need to loose fat or not, or maybe you can post a video of yourself I'll gladly let you know :)

  • DO I need to lose fat before I contour abs?

  • @tristmando Yeah for real. I need an answer from someone who used it before I spend all my money for nothing.

  • Did you all see the perfect gal at 1:17?

  • well i for one, think its a good idea to utilize technology. are microwaves lazy too? anyways, everyone says you gotta diet too, so you are the mistaken one. it takes work, for sure, but if a b belt can make life easier, why not/ my grandma was opposed to email, now she's all over facebook. she even knows whats up with tech now:)

  • Let me share a tad bit of wisdom with you. You need to lose the body fat in order to even reach these muscles. Anyone who buys this product is looking for a quick fix to a problem that took you years to get. And it will take you time and cardio to rid yourself of this fat. As far as “if this product works”. Maybe, only if you lose the weight! And then I am not too sure. Oh, the dummying down of America.

  • i wanna be hot like her and have more contour abs.

  • yeah looks like it did for her

  • I wanna have adrianne curry's body!

  • i want that

  • haha i know the feeling, it will pass don't worry! Beer is delicious but boy it's bad for our tummies! Maybe you can skip your contour belt workout today if you have one...

  • What kinda abs belt is gonna get totally rid of a beer belly? NONE OF THEM. Come on, man, show some restraint. Loose the gut, then tone it bro.

  • I had beer last night and feel so darn bloated! Yucks! How do you get rid of that feeling?

  • yeah me too!!!! the contour ab belt almost as good as the flex belt. THANKS.

  • Sure am glad I learned more about Contour..

  • you definitely have to change your diet to get flat abs, and do cardio and work the core muscles. It's all critical, especially as you get older

  • check out :45 if you wanna see what I'm gonna look like!

  • I would guess if you're using a contour ab belt thiingy you can prob have your protein shake at the same time?

  • Do you think drinking a protein shake before or after a workout is best?

  • you have to diet, duh! I don;t think anyone is advocating not being healthy and working out - we just want our best bodies which means using every tool available.

  • @superdakota67 umm ya you dont have to diet to have abs. you need the food to grow fat so you can shape that into muscle

  • yeah same here i am not lazy, i exercise plenty but this looks like a terrific way to get some extra abs strength. Would i continue to exercise regularly? OF COURSE!

  • I hate sit ups too which makes the contour belt - combined with some cardio, which I love - my plan for weight loss in t he coming months. I think the Flex Belt ROCKS!

  • on someone obese?? ONLY IF THEY DIET! i def could lose a few lbs & this ab belt, sure won't make me skinny but still, probably more efficient than situps. I HATE SITUPS!

  • fuking please... this crap might work on someone who's obese, but this device wont work on an average person. wake up people!

  • I just want flat abs too, but I want exercise to be efficient and awesome.

  • Contour abs with a belt or crunches I don't really care as long as I get rid of my muffin top!

  • I JUST WANT ABS

  • What's the stand up/sit down fight about, who cares, as long as you're getting some good ab belt exercise???

  • you guys are so dumb!! why would it have to be sitting down with a contour ab belt or sitting down eating chips and ice cream!!?

  • Not sure you are supposed to be in ab exercise mode in the airport!

  • Hey, where did you read that sitting down was bad for you?

  • I plan to do it standing up!

  • hey whatever, sitting with a contour belt on is prob still better than just gorging on chips & ice cream in front of the TV.

  • Sitting is really bad for you, if you're gonna exercise with an Ab Belt, do it standing up!

  • i would like to see you go through airport security with that on

  • yeah, sitting around won't really help you get ripped. you got to MOVE IT MOVE IT :)

  • I want to contour abs.

  • starting my diet today!!!

  • being lazy is sitting on a couch doing nothing, in my opinion a contour ab belt thing is not being lazy...am down for whatever works without the label

  • this is for lazy skinny wimpy people who wanna get ripped the easy ... id preffer hard workouts good dieting this wont help you with your athletism..

  • @ERNEST321f You're fucking retarded. It's not lazy, your still doing the same amount of work, you'll still be just as sore, but you'll save time

  • @thescarredclovers if sittin around and waiting to get ripped is not lazy then i dont know what is

  • I am taking action! a day without carbs and trying yoga for the first time

  • i'm posting again..yeah i think its time to stop talking and take some action.

  • DAMMIT THIS IS THE LAST STRAW, IM CONVINCED IM GETTING ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i think anyone can probably use it but a fat person is just gonna have to work harder for a flat belly. DUH! nothing against those heavier than me, but I would rather look at fit folk.

  • I going to take an educated guess. This belt only works if the person already has abs! And lemme take a second guess, its purpose is supposed to help people that already have abs keep their abs. 'Cause I have yet to see a fat person use it!

  • still not sure the difference between contour belt and flex belt, what is it?

  • Posture, schmoster, I want a flat belly!

  • oh yeah good question, it would be cool if a contour abs or flex belt improve the posture. My guess is yes, the awareness of the abs muscles being stimulated may have that effect...?

  • my question is: can using a belt improve your posture and make you look longer and leaner?

  • NN

  • I havent ever used a a contour ab belt, but I am so sick of Pilates, Crunches, Everything, I just need to simplify this one aspect of my life...

  • How's about a little kiss, BRIAN WADE.

  • from what i can tell seems like an awesome alternative to crunches. i want one ASAP!

  • So has anyone tried this thing yet? does it really work?

  • from now on I am cutting on junk food until I go on vacation. I want to look and feel fit and I am getting ready with diet and exercise

  • good to know; no matter what you do it is still about self control when it comes to food, i suppose.

  • I don't think you have to be any stricter with your diet when you use a contour belt or flex belt than when you do crunches, same principle, stay away from the junk food, a piece of dark chocolate from time to time isn't gonna ruin anything in my opinion...

  • So what about whole grains, those are carbs, but they're ok? Cause I don't see how I'm gonna give up bread.

  • No more junk food, no more carbs!

  • I love this!!!!

  • yeah i have seen the movie, definitely opened my eyes, they have you eating raw veggies to contour abs...but i think chocolate is in my blood.

  • YOu should check out "Food Inc." I bet you will never want to eat junk food again!

  • Maybe if you drink one gallon of egg whites a week, everything will be fine :)

  • wait so you are just going to get a contour ab belt and quit junk food? is it that easy for you?? i wish i had that kind of willpower, please tell me your secret :)

  • LOVE IT! I am Sooooooo ready to quit junk food and get into shape again. summer clothes are tight around my waist so I am being proactive to get fit and slender!

  • TONE IT!

  • the rechargeable aspect is what i like better about the reviews of the flex belt too, i really hate it when batteries wear out when you need them.

  • Sounds like they both work, can't go wrong with contour belt or flex belt it seems. I do like the design of the flex belt better though cuz its rechargeable

  • does this thing really work?

  • HA! I don't even have to travel to get off track! That's why I'm all for one of these ab belts, motivated or not, I can still get a workout it seems!

  • the portability is important to me too because it seems like its always when i travel that my routine gets off track and then it takes WEEKS to get back on schedule. And then I'm right back where i started, practically. a little consistency with a b belt would go a long way for me i think.

  • hmm

  • agree. machines like ab roller are too much for my small apt. plus I travel so a belt sounds sooo much better!

  • yeah easy to contour abs with an ab roller or an abs belt, just so long as it happens, size doesn't matter.

  • I mean the ab roller thing looks big...

  • hahah yeah for sure - that thing looks big!

  • Sure, an abs belt would fit into your carry on.

  • think so, looks like its small enough for carry on. anyway, it would be much easier to take a flex belt on a trip than an ab roller :)

  • would be great to have a belt that travels since I am always on the go but I am learning to balance my diet so I dont have to worry to much

  • hey can you take a contour abs or the flex belt in your carry on you think?

  • Not into enlarging abs - I think ab belts are for toning, not making your abs bigger, and all that movie star stuff? Kinda silly, don't you want to look the best you can and still be YOU?

  • I honestly don't have the time to work on my abs and this belt is perfect for people that just wanna enlarge their abs. It's clearly not to lose belly fat aswell.

  • gwen is a goddess :) anyway this seems to work for most ppl, and i dunno, if it doesnt' theres a guarantee so like, you don't have to stress or anything. I WANT A SIX PACK NOW

  • is that true?

it true than i will get one

  • What results do you get in 6 weeks??

  • Oh the reason i brought her name up is because i just saw a picture of her on Intouch magazine...I don't think she uses a contour ab belt, i don't even think she has an abs workout routine based on the pics. I know i am mean but it makes me feel better about myself :) BTW i do think celebrities can be great inspiration! Like i bet if i put a pic of Gwen Stefani on myfridge i would eat less crap.

  • I would rather not emulate any celebrity I think that is the wrong approach..I just want to be the best version of myself, a little slimmer stronger healthy confident and happy! and I think this is part of the secret of my future success

  • Britney Spears, gick. The only thing I find even vaguely interesting about her is how she can let her hair go so badly, and still be a "star"...so enough said...as for Pilates? Well, maybe I should try it again, but this time with an abs belt, so even if the exercising is hard, I can still be getting a workout?

  • well i wouldn't blame it all on her trainer, i'm sure she's got some other issues. but anyway, does she use a contour belt at all for her abs? just curious, why you bring her up here.

  • Why is Britney Spears so gr•ss? I hear she has a personal trainer yet she looks like sh%t. Wouldn't you fire the dude?

  • oh i totally agree, Pilates IS hard. Definitely good for core toning but if an ab belt can do as good a job, why suffer the pain, is what i say.

  • I tried a Pilates cd once and it was really hard!!! So maybe the abs belts really are the way to go?

  • I will take action! not sure that contour abs is exactly what I want to get but after reading a lot I know I want to improve core strngth with some kinf of ab machine or pilates, though that intimidates me...

  • i agree it takes some kind of action to actually get the body you want. dreaming will only go so far!

  • hmmm, yeah, catch your drift, it's like dream programming your way to perfect abs, but come on, it's still gonna take a LOT OF HARD WORK to actually make it happen!

  • Well i believe that if you focus enough on what you want the actions will follow...know what i mean?

  • not sure the contour ab belt is going to be the ideal product for me but i like that heard about it cause now I am researching other abs belts and this whole area of fitness is opened up to me so I am thinking flat abs are n my future someday

  • why can't it be that easy? i wish a little visualization was all it took.

  • hahahaha, visual imagery, I LOVE it! and what the heck, if helps me get flat abs, BOOM!

  • I just closed my eyes and pictured me with a flat tummy, d*mn i look hot!!! :)

  • OK. so not sure about contour belt specifically but the concept has me ready to get in better shape. I hate core work so this would be such a BOOST.

  • hahaha seriously! no need to insult thesepeople trying to better themselves.

  • 0:50 the lady looking for the 2 piece bathing suit should reconsider; you can tell by her fat face that she is carrying around a ton of fat lol

  • Contour abs will only happen if we eat 6 times a day, and really healthy stuff like raspberries and turkey, that's what it said on Today Show...

  • Thanks man, good to know!

  • This really does work. it doesn't matter how fat you are. It lowers your stomach fat and build abs. its amazing!

  • @linkmaster717 for the sake of humanity, stop using drugs

  • I do plan to change my diet - soon and check out an ab workout def with a belt because crunche sooo suck I hope that the combo will get me in better shape faster. not sure about a clense but def counting calorie.

  • ooh a cleanse, what a fun idea, always wanted to try one. not sure about the fat loss, think you tend to feel healthier though, maybe not a bad thing to do this time of year.

  • Contour abs with an energizer belt, + Lean Cuisine for lunch, you've got it.

  • can you loose fat if you do a cleanse?

  • I think of everything in moderation. I believe you can do some cardio eat veggies as well as some good fats and a few carbs sometimes and if you use one of the good ab belts I am seeing seems like you will be in better shape then we were before, rigth?

  • Whoa! What are you doing? Eating more carbs and fats? WHY!!! You're shooting yourself in the foot if you ever want to see a flat belly, does that somehow not matter anymore?

  • Why do you think they call it the contour belt?

  • that's a good idea, i bet either the contour ab belt or the flex belt could help us at least stay in the same jeans size, way to keep the stress down too.

  • I enjoy exercise, but I also enjoy eating. I find I want to do mroe ab work when I am eating mroe carbs and fatty foods (like now) so using some kind of a toning abdominal belt would help me feel less concerned about gaining weight,,,

  • Trick is not to eat the chocolate chip cookies in the first place, can't fold on the diet front, or NONE of what you're trying to do to get a six pack is going to work...

  • I am not sure a contour belt is the right onne for me but I think I would like to work my core without situpos maybe I need to engage the muscles while I walk

  • looks to me like it works pretty well, from the video & study results. oh and by the way, i try to do about 15 min extra for cardio to compensate for indulgences :)

  • i just wonna make sure here,,,but does anyone know if this thing works or wut?

  • I had 3 chocolate chip cookies this morning (damn colleagues brought a box) -- How much cardio should i do tonight if i wanna burn all those calories?

  • ha well that's what i figured, i don't think it's a WISE thing to do,wear a contour abs belt and pig out but you never know, we're all different.

  • Well, maybe we've already BEEN pigs, and now we know it's time to change! HOORAY for that first big step, whatever you do!

  • I am not a pig either put i know that if i want to see those abs I need to burn the fat somehow. So i would say if you have fat, it's not a bad idea to do extra cardio and watch what you eat. I mean the STARS do it!

  • UMMM< Im not a pig...will a contour ab belt give me a flat stomach when I have a fat belly or should I be working hard on cardio too

  • Well, there's no point in eating like a pig and then slapping on an ab belt and think it's gonna fix your big belly, have to pay attention to the whole healthy eating life style, otherwise? It's just not gonna work.

  • or, does anyone use an ab belt & stuff their face??

  • what would be the point of having ripped abs and flabby arms and a big butt? it's not like people who use a contour belt are gonna be stuffing their faces with chips while sitting on the couch. of COURSE we have to be active & in shape, or like i say, what's the point?

  • I think cause were people who want to be total body fit and workout/eat well while using an ab belt for ultimit abs...youcant be a lazy bones 2 b so hot!!!!!!!

  • if thats only for your abs, then why are all these models/people so ripped already...

  • what are doing exactly for weight loss? i eat well but have hit a plateau, and well, i know an ab belt will help TONE, so any advice?

  • I am startin to lose some weight finally so I think I can add to my arobic workout an ab routine I want to have my abs more like contour abs and I cant wait to see a waist!
