  • Mary worship? Prove it! God addressed Mary as Queen of the Universe through the Messenger Gabriel! Xaire and Ave are used ONLY with the Emperor of Rome and or Byzantium! The New Testament was written in Greek by about 1000 years before English was even invented! Also, why did Solomon bow to his mother, Bathsheeba, the Gebirah? If Jesus is to sit upon the throne of David, His father forever, who is the Gebirah? Why it is Mary, of course. Mary is the ONLY "Full of Grace" in ALL Scripture.

  • Mary worship. Plain and simple. Queen of heaven? NOT SO! Just a HUMAN!

Not ONE scripture in the Bible that says to worship, pray to, or otherwise pay homage to ANYONE but the Father through the Son!! Let us come BOLDLY to the throne of grace! THAT is what the scripture says! Thank the Father for Miriam, mother of Yeshua, but MY GOD help those who obey the wicked men who USURPED God's authority to make laws CONTRARY to HIS Word!!! A lot of truly honest, Truth seeking Catholics know this!

  • amazing. bravo

  • Such a beautiful rendition sung in Syriac/Aramaic. This was the only video I could find sung in this language, the language that Christ spoke, and also translated into English letters as it's being sung. Makes it somewhat more simplified for English speaking people to understand and memorize as well. Blessings to 'Gazire' for uploading this on Youtube. I am trying to locate a Syrian Orthodox church in the Long Island, NY area after listening to this beautiful language. Blessings to all!

  • Etkasfah? shouldn't it be nsalle?

  • the autochtones of Asyria(Syria are aramians asyrians) greetings to asyrian people from an Amazigh man

  • I am an atheist but my mother pushed me to learn this version and she died recently and this reminds me of her... I know the Latin, German and English version and was raised strict Catholic and although I no longer believe... this song still makes me think of my mother...

  • There are such deep philosophical debates going on in this page which I intend to stay out of. I will say this, Magda Al Roomy sounds all pretty like.

  • Praise to Jesus, for he needs all the praise.

Don't doubt our faith on Jesus. He hears all, know all, and he is all powerful, and his mercy and love is great than our own mother.

We can approach Jesus anytime, we want to.He came from heaven to earth for Us.

  • Sir - when did the apostles you list declare the doctrine of Trinity? It is interpreted from Bible and church tradition by councils. When the Apostles were alive there was no need for this intercession. Yet Jesus speaks twice of intercession by inhabitants of heaven- Luke 16:19-31 and Matt 18:10. Christianity is not the Bible. The Bible is part of Christianity. Jesus is the head of Church. He didn't die for a book. I have read Bible from cover to cover. Now I challenge u to read the fathers.

  • @deaconzach

i entreat you to read the catholic faith and also the bible. The catholic faith says you can ask to saints in heaven to pray to God.(not praying to Mary)....

and i also also entreat you to go through bible.....please, it is a request......

1thimothy 2.5,.....atleast this ....Because it was Paul , the disciple of jesus send these letters to one of the early chruches.........i repeat ...the paul writings are letters to chruches......

  • Sir- the church universal, not just roman catholic, believes that you can ask intercession from Christians who have passed away because they are not dead. Mother Mary is called Mother of God and chief of saints. Again you simply cannot understand- I not only read Paul - Paul was a member of my church!! He, Peter, Barnabas, etc,etc all taught in Antioch for years! Why can't you understand that - they taught us with their own mouth these things and much more! Show where intercession is forbidden?

  • @deaconzach

    read 1 thimoty 2.5

  • What is your point with 1 Tim 2? There is one mediator between man and God - Jesus. We believe this. In the same place Paul says about intercession for kings, etc. Why we need prayer at all if your interpretation is correct? It doesn't say we can't have intercession. Jesus brings us to the Father. His mediation removes our sins. He is our Advocate. No one denies this. What you deny foolishly is that Jesus gives His Church a role in His ministry. John 14:12. "you will do greater works than I"

  • @deaconzach

i agree chruch is the bride of jesus, and jesus gave authority to the chruch too.

All the rituals the chruch is doing is based on bible.......example baptism....and the prayer in sundays ,fasting etc...

the new addition is praying to the saints....and even many christians are beliving Mary is greater than jesus!!!!!!

  • @deaconzach

i feel no wonder that u think Qurbana is for hailing Mary!!!!!!!

brother, i need a following answers from you

    1. Do you think saints are omnisients?

2.can you post a verse from bible which ask christians to pray to saints?

3,Do u think Sunday Qurbana is for hailing mary or Jesus?.......

i need answer to these questions from you...

  • @deaconzach

If your faith decreases in Jesus, you will pray to the Saints, for u believe Saints are more closer to Jesus than you are.

  • @deaconzach

pray to the one, who is ominisient and omnipotenet, do u belive saints are omnisient?

  • @neenukutty Again to clarify - Church NEVER teaches one to worship anyone but Trinity. We can ask (pray) to many people, including saints both on Earth and in Heaven, judges, cops, firefighters, teachers, etc. We worship only God. We only pray to saints that have passed away for intercession. Because in reality they are truly alive more than even us.

  • @deaconzach

i am wasting my time with you, since you does not even read catholic faith

  • @neenukutty I am not Catholic. I am Syriac Orthodox. The devil and pride he engenders is a waste of time for the true believer. This Lenten season, instead of following your made up faith - why don't you seek the true faith of the Apostolic Church you seemingly want to be a part of? Your current faith goes only as far as you can argue for it - it seems. When someone challenges you with the full truth you back off. Take this chance to walk through the open door into the fullness of the Spirit.

  • @deaconzach

i did not said anything out of bible, i am myself a syriac orthodox, believing in baptism , fasting ..........and i do not need to fear to anyone for this case.......and also i have god's bible with me, and i never changed any words i said to you.......you belive saints are omisient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......great......

  • @neenukutty You are Syriac Orthodox - wow - sorry for you. What do you do when we pray Hail Mary? or Kukklion? do you cover your ears? Do you believe in priesthood?

Anyway - want to respond once more to your quotes on Trinity. I believe in Trinity. But Church history shows that the verses you quote, which I applaud, were not universally interpreted. This is why we need Church. This is why Bible is not only basis for Faith. Have a great Lent. I will conclude.

  • @deaconzach

i wonder being a christian , you believe saints are omnisient???..........and about mary's prayer in chruch , i simply prayer to jesus, this is as simple as that........

for your clarification, i have only objection to pray to saints including mary....for they are not omnisient.....

and going to chruch does not gurantee me a place in heaven, but belief in jesus will get me a place in heaven............remember the theif said to jesus on cross

  • @deaconzach

i do not need to argue about christianity........it is your belief that , saints are omnisient and i believe jesus is omnisient.......let our belief may save us

  • @deaconzach

catholic faith does not asked believers to pray to saints, catholic faith even asked believes to ask saints to pray for them , and u even does not understand that?

don't u know the difference between a pray and asking.......????????? anyway i gave u the verse from bible.....now u can show the verse from bible , where it says we can pray to saints , if u have any

  • @deaconzach

jesus says" go to the gentiles, baptise them in the name of father, son and holyspirit"

Jesus says" i will give you a comfortor, after i went to heaven....that spirit will guide you"

Peter says " you are not lied to spirit, but to God"

jesus says " me and father is one"

these all clearly shows about trinity........open ur eyes brother

  • Comment removed

  • Sir, you are not arguing with me. I am telling you what the people who put the book you quote taught. If you know better than they did, then maybe I should pray to you? By the way those people and the descendants of those people are dying for Jesus today. I pray that one day you may see that instead of unintelligently quoting Scripture that you are clearly not familiar with. Believing in Jesus is essential. Believing in what He and His church teaches is even better. U did not re: Trinity?

  • @deaconzach

.Believing in jesus is only essential???

my brother, that is the most important thing............

  • @neenukutty

BTW - if you forget the notion that those that have past away are spiritually dead then you will get this church teaching. Spirit endwells believers from whatever time period. This is key to the teaching. You cannot deny this if you believe in the Bible. Your private interpretation of the English translation of the Bible is a form of pride. I believe you can be redeemed from it. I wonder if you would say to Ignatious of Antioch - where is it in the Bible? Since he didn't have one!

  • @deaconzach

whatever i told you, is because i believe i know about jesus, and if u want to call me arrogant or pride or whatever you want to call me because i am telling this..... i am openly accepted it ......

  • @VictorLepanto

Jesus will only hear our words because he is alive,

those died after Jesus ressuruction is all waiting for judgement, and they all died , they will live only after judgement next time , be through with bible, while posting

and the verse u posted itslef shows , all saints including abraham, pray to God only

and if u a jew and pray to abraham , they will kill you for blasphemy

  • See- you guys really are clueless - pray means ask - not worship. St. Mary, for example, is more alive than you are. Through the Spirit the saints too can hear like Moses and Elijah could in the presence of the transfigured Jesus. The bodies of those who have passed on are merely "sleeping" like Stephen. Why can't you believe those who lived with the Apostles before your personal interpretation of a translation of the Bible the ancient churches you mock delivered to you? Why?

  • @deaconzach

If jesus Christ comes himself as the mediator between , God and human, Do you need another mediator in between you and Jesus???

    Do you?

Do you need to ask for Saints to pray for you?......or do you need to ask Jesus???

As jesus says" if anybody ask to father in my name , I will give to you, for the father in the heaven will be glorified "

And you also forgot the prayer jesus had taught us?.........

    aboon dasmayo?

  • Jesus said" amen amen , i am saying to you , i am the truth, i am the way and no man can reach the father without me"

  • it is really amazing

  • for god's sake

praise jesus only, the one and only

    the one god

please pray to god only, the one and only

  • @neenukutty: We are commanded in the Bible to pray for each other. It is only charity to pray for the needs of others. When we die, do we die if we are in Christ? Those who have gone on to their eternal reward have been perfected in their charity. Our duty of charity does NOT cease @ death, it only increases, it is perfected. "The fervent & effectual prayer of a righteous man availeth much." How much must the righteous in Heaven avail us. To deny the intercession of the saints denies the Bible.

  • @VictorLepanto

Saints are lived for Jesus in all their lifetime, they workshiped God through their entire life, Pray for saints to The Jesus, rather than ask the saints(who passed away) to pray for us, this is what i belive, and my heart says i am right......

anyway as jesus says " ur faith will save you "

  • @neenukutty: Do you believe in the Bible or in man? I choose to listen to the words our Holy God has given to us in His scriptures. "The fervent effectual prayer of righteous man availeth much. James 5:6" "For to me to live is Christ, to die is gain," Phil. 1:21 Do those not suffice you? Consider, "God is NOT the God of the dead but of the living, Mat. 22:32. As Abraham lives forever in the sight of God so do all His saints. They are perfected in their charity & pray most effectually.

  • @neenukutty

I wouldn't trust your heart with my soul.

  • @deaconzach

I am asking, praying worshiping to the only one who is deserved to be worshiped, and he is called God of abraham , who came to earth as Jesus...........

If your soul can't trust this, i really don't know whom you trust(ofcourse it is not my matter, but just a concern)

    God bless you

  • @neenukutty Luke 1

28 The angel went to her and said, “Greetings(Shlom), you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.”

Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. 42 In a loud voice she exclaimed: “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the child you will bear!

43 But why am I so favored, that the MOTHER of my Lord should come to me? 44 As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy. 45 Blessed is she......

  • @neenukutty

Holy Spirit said Blessed, we repeat these same words!

Notice the Mother of my Lord/God! (Emet DAloho) Hail Mary Is a reminder of Scripture and confirms text and the event taking place! It is a full glorifying of Yeshua!

You have it the wrong way, Mary is NOT worshipped but rather the Messiah who entered our world!

  • @Pantherfitness

Nice, our Jesus only should be workshiped, as the Lord our God says" i do not like to share my Glory to anyone"......

  • You forgot the Holy Spirit. Why are there 3 gods? (I ask as a fool). Where does it say in the Bible there are 3 Gods?

  • @deaconzach

where do u get this word 3 Gods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if u want to win an argument over me just for your mental pleause , i give it up...

will you please tell me, where did i quote 3 gods!!!.....don't be so prejudiced

  • How I can Download This Melody?

  • @gabriben1

use Firefox as a browser, get the addon: "1 click Youtube Video Downloader". Restart Firefox, go to youtube, whatever clip you watch, you will see right under the video the option to download the video in FLV or MP4. I usually get MP4 because i then use " Magic M4a to Mp3 converter" from download.com. It's free and works great to "extract" the mp3 from the MP4 video. :)

  • @gabriben1

get the program realplayer and you can download every video in whole youtube

  • @gabriben1 hi you can used a program called (atube catcher)

  • beautiful

long live the Aramean people and the holy Aramaic language

    يحيا الشعب الآرامي السرياني

  • Which year is this song from please??????? ! Thanks ! Song seems to be a weird word because it is a prair ! Beautiful !

  • What a wonderful lanquage you have!

  • She has a nice voice :-) i remember teaching myself hail mary in chaldean. But the thing is the mother of Jesus doesn't hear prayer, or mediate for us. No where in the bible does it mention this, in fact those who pray to the dead go against God's law (Deut 18:11, 1 Chron 10:12-14)

  • My dear, please read Saint John 2, 3: "At a certain point the wine ran out, and Jesus' mother told him ' they have no wine'..." and you said you taught Hail Mary, please, please, please. Why doyou hate women?, why do you hate Virgin Mary, Mother of God?, Have you ever had a mother and hated her?

  • So one verse where Mary says they have no wine means she is eternally the mother of God? No where does it say Mary hears prayers. I do not hate Mary, she is blessed among all women and found favour in God's eyes. She is the mother of Jesus (the son) not the mother of God (father, son, holy spirit). I love my mother dearly doesn't mean I pray to her.

  • my friend you keep saying that its not in the bible. We believe in the trinitarian belief and the word trinity isn't in the bible also, as a matter of fact the word bible isn't in the bible, this doesn't mean its not true

  • I understand the fact that the word trinity is not in the bible, nor is the word bible lol.

But we are given instructions on how to pray by Christ Himself and are told to pray to none other than the one true God.

Where does it give the slightest indication in scripture that Mary will become a mediator? Man made.

  • As stated above, Jesus' first miracle was changing water to wine. Mary asked of her son and more importantly had FAITH in her son to do as she told. His reply was "Woman, what have i to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come." after answering, he did not refuse his mothers request and performed the miracle even though it wasn't His time as He stated. I can expand on Mary's role from verses in the new and old testaments and prophesies concerning her

  • as stated above, Jesus' first miracle was changing water into wine through His mother request, Christs answer to her was "Woman, what have I to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come." Mary knowing that He wouldn't refuse her request said "Whatsoever He saith unto you do it" So Christs first miracle occured THROUGH Mary because she had FAITH in HIM as she still does even though it wasn't His time as He stated.I can go on using the bible and talking about Mary using

  • using the new and old testament concerning and prophesies concerning her, but if ur arguement is saying that its not in the bible, then i can easily say that its not in the bible NOT to pray through Her. (Disregard the first post)

  • Mate, that still does not prove anything, her faith in Him made it possible, but there is many references in scriptures that a gentiles faith made it possible for a sick man or daughter to be healed, so should we pray to them?

  • But we are not praying to her, don't misunderstand. You know the words of the Hail Mary you said yourself you learnt them, where in it do we pray to Her. the last few words of this prayer say ' pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death' we are ASKING for Her to pray for us theres a difference.

  • How does Mary pray for us? That's exactly the point. We pray to the Father, Jesus is the only mediator.

  • the same way i can pray for u.theres a basic difference between the mediation of Christ and the intercession of saints, the mediation of Christ is expiatory. Christ intercedes for the remission of our sins, being himself the atonement who paid the wages of sin on our behalf, as if in His intercession He is saying to the Father "Do not count for them their iniquity for I have laid on Me their iniquity' Isa53:6. The intercession of the saints for us is pleading, not expiatory intercession

  • like that of the Lord. This type of intercession is permitted in the Bible."pray for one another" James5:16. even the saints sought the prayers of peoplefor them. see 2Thes3:1,Heb13:18 and Eph6:18. the request for prayer is countless in the bilbe. if saint ask us to pray for them shall we not ask them!.Story of Abraham, God himself said " restore the mans wife for he is a prophet and he will pray for you and you shall live" Gen 20.1-7.these example go on and on.I beg u to search+study for urself

  • I completely agree with you brother, however the "saints" are not deceased christians who have been cananised. We talk to the Father through prayer, and those who have been sanctified are saints, meaning every believer who has been washed in the blood of Christ. Interceding with the dead, wether they are saints or not is clearly a transgression.

  • Where in the bible does it say its a transgression? and we weren't talking about who are saints and who are not, I merely gave u an example of people praying for each other, these so called deceased are still living anyway, only through death one inherits life.

  • Consulting the dead is comparible to witchcraft, and the bible gives clear examples of consulting the dead and what it brings. We pray to the Father, we don't need angels or spirits to pray for us, while we are alive in the flesh we pray for eachother and ourselves.

  • nobody is consulting but praying, and our prayers do not go up to the Father alone but to God. I totally agree that we also pray for each other and ourselves but ur statement is opinionated. I can tell you now that asking the prayers of the deceased saints brings uncountable miracles.

ps i accidently pushed on ur thumbs up

  • all good mate. Yes I know our prayers go to God, but Jesus taught us to pray to the Father, "Our Father who art in heaven" God being our Father. I can tell you also, that satanists pray and fast as well, and their prayers are answered and miracles are performed, but is that the Holy Spirit?

  • haha, we are now leaving the topic we started on, so i will end it here because this arguement will never end on youtube, thank you for your input and reply's, all your questions are answered in pope shenudas books and they're inexpensive if you wan't to give them a go. God bless

  • @turabdinoyo Yes I know my arguements never end on youtueb and I thank you as well for your important bro. God bless you too.

  • @bigbadro i understand what u r saying. i refer you to Jh11:25 Mary beleived she was the 1st beleiver in Christ so i'm sure she is in heaven with her son. She does not save u from ur sins, she prayers for you like we pray for each other but the saints and her prayers are greater than our as Revelations tells us the saints offer up prayer (prayer for whom, they are already in heaven, they dont need to pray. they offer our prayers) Hail Mary is biblical, what the angel said to her. God bless you

  • Courage in all those who have the absence of a liked person and who are sad but God is take her(it) the strength in your Despair and you will become Strong listen to these singings(songs) who gives you peace and love Also listen to on the same site MAGPIE JESUS RICCIVITTORIO or Glorious Hymn has Saint Antoine de Padoue - Ricci Vittorio OR TYPE Ricci vittorio or inno glorioso has sant antonio di padova Vittorio Ricci - arrivederci - honor to the deaths - ONE thank you

  • Ameen thanks 4 the video

  • Now I know how the Lebanese and Syrians got their accent from.

  • actually ur mistaken. Altho there is an Aramaic substratum in the Levantine Languages, that is not where they derive their accent. Which is by the way derived from old north arabian dialects which has also influenced modern Iraqi dialects. What's amazing is that if you wanted to see an Arabian accent so influenced by Aramaic, it's the Bahraini accent. Linguists aren't sure why that occured and in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula!

  • @Xevorim

Seriously? I've been to bahrain and I always thought their accent was just typical khaleeji accent or something.

  • why is there several styles of this syriac cursive script??? like the "alaph" for example it has different ways to write so whats the different ?

  • It's the eastern script "Madnḥāyā". Pretty much like calligraphy

  • Its closer to ARABIC

  • Kolo schafiro

  • Therefore you fled away in early 1900s to their areas? And never returned thenafter

  • amazing!! thanks for sharing...

as for the previous comment... i must say that we all thank GOD for everything that happens... because everything is to our good... to suffer from Persecution or living happily!

  • Persecution always happened in history not only to Christians but also Muslims and Jews like in Spain when Roman Catholix Inquisitors forcing Muslims to flee out Spain, killing n torturing them in iron-bull in 14th C.Follow the teaching of morality of Jesus, don't think bad of others because it shows ur inner part (heart).Peace!

  • To "Kubangpasu"

"......like in Spain when Roman Catholix Inquisitors forcing Muslims to flee out Spain...."

And what did muslims do in Spain??? Who invited them? The same who invited muslims to Serbia???

The same as eastern Europeans had enough of communists, the same Spaniards, Portuguese or Serbs had enough of this ideology ="religion of peace"

Do you know who John III Sobieski was??? Learn more about history of Europe.

  • This Peace salutation to mother Maryam song is nice although I am a Muslim of SEAn region.Don't overgeneralize Muslim as persecuting Christians.I had been living there, working, and studying in KSA for many years.Western Christians, Atheists, and Roman Catholic Filipinos are treated well there even better than SEAn Muslim like myself.

  • Can they attend Mass?

  • oh seriously? and ever took a little walk in the muslim area of beirut where they make you hide your Cross or else??

  • I am roman catholic and I wish Jesus helps the people who speak this language not to forget.. because many parts of the Bible were written in this language.. like Old testament.. it's kinda similar to the modern hebrew..

  • well what we have to say only Ameeen , this is the first words that Lord send his messenger to Call Mother Maryam Aleah Al Salam , you believe tor not it is your responsibility ,

thank you Magida and thank you fairouz , for being faithful and passing the message

  • Hello, could you post the lyrics here in the Latin alphabet? It would be great if you did! thanks

  • Beautiful. A lovely prayer in the language of our Lord. We must not forget the Eastern Brothers who struggle so much under Islam. God is with you.

  • Excuse me? Did you saw how Lebanon Christian and Muslims live in harmony and love? Did you see the many small churches in Saudi Arabia for the foreign Christians? I am Muslim, and god told me to love everyone, specially the followers of our beloved Christ, we believe in Him too.

  • Hamas, the Saudi's, Iran, Pakista.n, Afghanistan, all these places persecute and murder Christians daily. I have no doubt that there are millions of good Muslims. God Bless you.

  • I'm a SEAn Muslim. There are small churches in Jeddah and Riyadh of KSA.I have been there, living there and working there.Christians too especially from West and Phillipines work there, treated well even better than Muslims of SEA being treated in KSA.Non-Muslim just can't enter the 2 Holy Lands which are Mecca and Medina after the opening of Mecca from Arab pagan idolaters.

  • there is nothing called small churches for foreign in Saudi Arabia..

... it show that you dont know anything about Saudi ..

  • there is no shame for calling myself assyrian, respect your self brother as we respect you please

  • wahhahahha are u kidding me arameans are before arabs, arameans are the indegous and native people of the middle east , palastin, iraq, lebanon, syria, turky. they are they real owners of that land arabs came and invade there lands ,

  • What the ... are you talkin about?

Armenia is < 2000 years old and it was only influential in what is called east Turkey / kurdish area of Iraq / Iran ...

Asyriacs / Cheldians are way deeper in history

Romans were 2000+ in Iraq - and I served in Alexanderia - Babylon where Alexander died by the black death

  • Sorry to disappoint you. The origin of Aramaic people is an amalgam of people (i.e. Phoenicians, etc...) but not Arabs. Arabs are intruders to the fertile crescent.

  • Majeda's voice is so beautiful! Thank you for posting this. God bless you.

  • We try to keep our language alive but it is difficult as we are assimilating very fast into the cultures of our host countries. If you want to hear this life, you should visit one of our syrian orthodox churches, you can also purchase cd,s of choirs.

  • Stay with the times, but keep your identity.

  • It´s still so overwhelming to hear majida al roumi talk our language, the most beautiful lischono ever!

  • Beautifull!

  • God bless you Majeda al Romi, always always nice voice.

  • its aramic i think !!??

  • And just think! This is how Jesus himself would have said the prayer. Of course, that's not to say that he would have said this particular prayer, but this nevertheless provides a more than fair insite into how the people of Christ's time would have spoaken.

  • So BEAUTIFUL, totally AWESOME! Thanks very much for sharin'! =)

  • Really beautiful...God bless
