Just a follow up. I contacted the dealer who sold me the case "adventure motor stuff" through their givi representative, I was sent a new case in a week with a return UPS label. Easy... Givi took care of everything form me & I did not miss one day without a case on the bike. Ill report back how the new one is holding up!
I'm considering buy this top box. How did you go with the replacement? Thanx for your video. Leo.
