Just because the skies of Seattle are always overcast and most of the weather predictions say that it is going to rain doesn't make it true. It doesn't rain as much as people think, it is a grieves overstatement, besides, it's not really rain, its just a bunch of smaller forms of it. I've lived in Seattle my whole life, so I would know.
