Is the Crash running faster when you play it in computer and use every possible cheat?

there are no cheats to make you run faster for PS1 or computer. crash would run slightly faster with a bug game

NTSC > 57:76 (on my channel)
PAL > 55:36? (I don't remember well, but I will do 54:xx in video soon)
