I found that pointing the bars downward so that my weight is supported 50% by the wrist pads and 50% by my hand down made the position more comfortable.
looks good, but bring the elbows back some to be at 90 and you could even raise chest up some to open angle at hips for more power and you wouldnt be losing any aero

drop your seat a bit, so your foot is parrallel on downstroke. this will also open up your chest and hips
