on the ipod it is so easy to get it when u first spawn take a right then keep going down u will see cops go by to the right o n a chase keep going all the way down highway until u see a fence with orange sticks u will see the tank and a jeep at the airport

you can also get the hummer next to the tank and push the tank a little bit so you dont have to cancel the mission ...
